Great place!

It was very nice. We used the pool and all the beaches gadgets. Very clean. You would need a car for going to the beaches. But, it was very good. )

It's the "Little Things"

The property is centrally located for easy access to any location on Provo. There's a water supply station and grocery stores just around the corner. The grounds are serene and nicely maintained. The apartment extras make it a home-away-from-home including beach chairs, umbrella, movie streaming, and well stocked kitchen utensils.

Wonderful weather, beaches and snorkelingl

Loved the weather and beaches. We are 2 Canadian seniors who stayed for 3 months without a car. We were able to walk to groceries, beaches and restaurants within 30-45 minutes. Centrally located in a low income neighborhood. Good value for weekend or weekly stay because you are out most of the day. Not suitable for long term stays because of poor maintenance. If you spend a quiet day at the residence things such as toilets that don't flush, septic tank that overflows and a pool that turns green regularly and ants in the residence can easily irk. Dogs howl and roosters crow all night if you are a light sleeper. The owners live on the premises and are kind people. Perhaps it will improve over time.

Great Stay

Sagusta Gardens is a great place in a great location. It has absolutely everything you would need for a stay in TCI. Sarah was a responsive hostess who was always a phone call/text away if you needed anything. I'll definitely be back
