Beautiful South Fort Myers 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family pool home with stunning lake view. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The minute you walk through the door you'll be drawn in by the spectacular lake views that the home offers. Private heated pool with waterfall, covered outdoor seating and dining area, lounge area and BBQ Grill complete the large screened lanai.
Spacious living with large flat screen TV, dinette and chaise lounge. French doors opening up to the pool area. Open, fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, dining area with wet bar and additional seating area.

The large master suite offers a king size bed, French doors opening up to the pool area, walk- closet and a wonderful bathroom complete with dual sinks, roman tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. The guest bedroom features a shower tub combination and the 3rd bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.

Villa Margaretha is truly one of a kind and will be perfect for a long deserved vacation! Beach chairs available. Wi-Fi included.

This home is perfectly situated close to Six Mile Cypress Pkwy in Ft. Myers, so easy access to Fort Myers Beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Several Florida activities are right at your doorstep: Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, John Yarbrough Linear Park Trail for a bike ride, and Sun Harvest Citrus for some fresh Florida orange juice or their famous orange ice cream. Nearby golf courses are Eastwood Golf Course and Fort Myers Country Club. Approx. 15 minutes to SWFL airport and the beaches of Sanibel & Ft. Myers. You are truly in paradise!!

* 30 day minimum stay. First season booking needs to start on or before January 1. February & March bookings - single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented. Single family use.

Great Place for a Family to Gather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay with visits by family at Villa Margaretta in South Fort Myers. The location was excellent with the beaches, nature walks and preserves, and the airport nearby. The house is in a residential area near to groceries and shopping. The street is a one-mile loop great for quick walks. The home was very clean and spacious with bathrooms for each bedroom and several gathering places inside and on the lanai. The pool was lovely with a fountain and a waterfall edge overlooking a lake. It was very easy to relax and enjoy warm weather and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very spacious . High ceilings made a big difference to what I was used to, renting in Florida. Everything was well maintained and clean. The decoration and artwork inside is very tasteful.All the furniture seemed like new.The stunning view towards the lake with all kinds of birds and a huge lanai makes the outside seating very enjoyable.A lot of huge windows make it very bright and friendly inside.The location is perfect with the major beaches not to far away, but still close to downtown Fort Myers as well as many restaurants.The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.We have already booked for next year.

Great outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The ample entertaining area around the pool was perfect. The rental office was responsive when the clothes dryer quick working, bringing a new one quickly. Quiet neighborhood, good location.

Lovely Property

A very nice neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Spacious place with very high ceilings. Loved built in radio systems that is capable of broadcasting about house and in pool patio area. Inviting view of lake with plenty wildlife, birds, ducks, swans, geese. Screened pool area makes for a comfortable pool experience.

Amazing house with some flaws

The house was amazing. The company that cleans needs to do a better job. All windows were filthy. I had to buy windex to clean them all. Cushions to the outside chairs were all full of mold. Original picture on ad has picture of pool with pool light on, well pool light was not working and was never told to us. According to pool company the light has been out for 6 months. This should have been fixed.
