Decepção em Ipanema

O apto fica bem localizado, porem a bagunca nas ruas de ipanema esta caotica e nojenta. Nao vale o dinheiro investido. Sujeira, fezes nas ruas, mendigos e camelos por toda parte...devido ao metro ser ao lado a rua eh chamariz para uma bagunca sem fim. Uma maloqueirada bebada e sem educacao. Não imaginava que Ipanema estava largado. Zero glamour. Foi-se o charme e o bem estar. Bairro tem comercio variado perto. E isso eh bom. O apto eh ideal para 4 pessoas. Eh completo como uma casa normal. O lado bem negativo eh que so tem um ar condicionado. O sofa cama fica na sala onde nao tem ar condicionado e eh bem discorfortavel para dormir. O predio nao tem vazao de ar. Torna o apt um forno . Sinceramente em alta temporada não vale o dinheiro gasto (pelo menos na epoca do carnaval). Acredito que para um fds fora de temporada seria mais viavel e justo O proprietario eh comunicativo e solicito.

Departamento confortable para 2 personas

Sergio ha sido atento y muy gentil, sin dudas volvería a su departamento. La zona tiene acceso a una favela, pero hay seguridad y no tuvimos ninguna situación de peligro. Muy recomendable.

Estive neste apartamento do dia 02 a 06 de janeiro de 2013 e tudo ocorreu muito bem. O Sergio e a Sonia são muito atenciosos e o apartamento deles é bem confortável e aconchegante, além de estar muito bem localizado em Ipanema. Recomendo para todos. Nilton - São Paulo

Foi a primeira vez que alugamos algo ao invés de ficar em hotel e posso dizer que valeu muito a pena. Primeiramente a proprietária é uma simpatia de pessoa, nôs deixou super a vontade, o apartamento além de ser muito bem localizado é muito limpo. Voltaremos certamente. Greice e amigos
