We loved staying at this house. The walk to the beach was easy and smooth. We have stayed at several houses in the OBX this was our favorite! Loved having everything on one level. Can't wait to come back next year. Thank you!

We had a great week at Saltwater Sunrise! The view of the ocean is unbeatable and the ability to walk right from the deck onto the beach is amazing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us and they were definitely spoiled by the beach access. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. This felt like a home away from home and we would definitely return.

Loved being able to walk out to beach…inside was clean and well kept. Washer and dryer were great to have as well. Very comfortable furniture and mattresses! The owner checked in with us multiple times to see how our stay was and if we needed anything: Cebtrally located to everything you need. We just booked again for next year!

A Wonderful Vacation!

Planned a family vacation and was not disappointed! Saltwater Sunrise was perfect! Wonderful views and location! Being able to walk right out to the beach or sit on the deck with a coffee to see the sunrise, we could not get enough of it! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Place!!

We had an amazing stay at the Saltwater Sunrise! The location was as good as it gets.....steps to the ocean. The house was immaculate and the owners were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 star rating in my book!

Perfect Getaway

A relaxing beachfront home, super clean, well appointed and really comfortable. Sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning can’t be beat. The beach is steps away. A great place to relax after a long day on the beach soaking up the sun. Cannot wait to return!

Great house. 2nd time staying here. Excellent location. Right on the beach. Josie is well stocked and clean. As described. House is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs, etc. Will likely stay here again. Only complaint is that mattresses could use some updating

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful home, right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Beds very comfortable. A screen door leading out to the porch would be very helpful as flies are a real problem. That way guests could listen to the surf.

Oceanfront living brings all the splendor of ocean breezes which are wonderfully experienced on the oceanfront deck. Unfortunately salt air is brutal on the interior and will adversely affect the air conditioner, particularly in the humid summer. Sadly, screens are not recommended for our property. And yes, west winds will drive flies from the sound to the beach but thankfully the winds shift constantly to send them back!

Awesome Beach House

Amazing clean home on the beach at Kitty Hawk with beautiful sunrise views. Perfect Outer Banks location steps away from the beach. Everything you would need is in the home. We had an amazing time and we will be back, thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Very dog friendly. We woke up every morning to catch the sunrises.

Perfect location!

The home was perfect for myself, wife, and daughter. It was wonderful every day just looking out at the ocean and being able to walk down the deck steps and to the beach/water. The home was well equipped with all the kitchen accessories you would need. House is in a great location with easy access to grocery and shopping. If we come back to the outer banks, we will definitely be staying here again.

Winter vacation

House was super clean. Patio was great. Beds slept great. Parking was good. Kitchen & bar worked perfect for us. Instructions helped a lot. Pancakes (some of the best this side of the Mississippi) were 100 yards away.
