The accommodation is prepared by heart, as each of our guest is special. It’s not a pet & child friendly accommodation.

1) Our rate is based on 2 guests using 1 bedroom only. We assume you would like to use our Master Bedroom with en-suite.

If 2 guests staying for 2 nights only, would like to use a different bedroom, an additional $75 per night will apply, and you will also have access to the other bathroom.

For additional guests after the first two guests, there is an extra charge of $100 per person, per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

2) The garage can fit a small to medium size car only. Larger vehicles can park in the off-street driveway.
NO EV charging on premises.

3) Two comfy lounges are located in the living and reading area with 2 Apple TVs with Netflix in living room and bedroom 1.

4) We provide quality linen, towels, toiletries and a complimentary basic breakfast (cereal, juice, milk, coffee, tea and fresh fruit). For fresh bread, you can visit our local iconic bakery just 1 house away).

5) Security cameras are located outside above entrance door, backyard and in the garage.

6) The accommodation is within walking distance to all main attractions in Tanunda such as Gallery, Museum, Restaurants, Bars, Churches, Shops, Parks, Wineries, Bookshop, etc.
