Amazing value! Such a perfect house for our family of 8 for a summer vacation reunion. The pool is a gem, the bedrooms great for all of us, including our adult children, the large dining room table ideal for meals and other gatherings. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, explained, maintained. Love it—and hope to return.

Second time staying at this house…. main reason.. the community pool just out the back gate and around the pool to the front locked/fenced gate. I thought it was cold, however, learned it was a ‘refreshing’ temp. My grandnieces, despite shivering, loved it. Perfect on a sunny 95 degree day! There were plenty of pool floats/tubes to use. Also parking in the garage for 2 vehicles. The house itself had comfortable beds, room to stretch out. Plenty of towels.. bring washcloths. Yay! for enough silverware for everyone to eat at once. The small outside sitting area was comfortable in the evening. Carl (or Irvie) responded timely to questions and he resolved a minor issue quickly. The girls are already talking about next year!

Nice place. Comfortable and quiet other than a fair amount of construction noise during some days in neighboring units. Otherwise very quiet at night. Pool is close. Location to restaurant and shopping is great. Comfy beds and living space.

Family visit

We really enjoyed this property! This townhome was just perfect for visiting with our family. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the master shower was heaven after a very cold morning balloon ride. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks

Great Locaition

Checkin process was easy. The house was clean. There was a keurig with pods, and even bottled water in the fridge! Location was great.Close to our job in Bernalillo and very convenient to restaurants and the airport. Would definitely stay her again!

Fabulous Stay at El Altos - Albuquerque

We had a fantastic extended stay at this property! The townhouse was great - very clean, fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The hosts and property manager were very communicative, check-in/out were easy and there is a notebook with all relevant information for the property in the kitchen. The location was also perfect - close to I-25 and North East outiside activities, but also very easy to get to downtown and North West. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!

The Comfort Zone

All the comforts of home jampacked in this quiet little nook. Spacious with all the amenities. Close to various restaurants and freeways so everything was close by yet quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend even though we'd like to keep this gem to ourselves. Hosts were very open and responsive. Thank you and we look forward to staying again!

Cozy Irvie townhome

My family and I all came to ABQ and needed a nice home to stay at. The Irvie home was very comfortable & cozy. If I had a question, I got a prompt response. The customer service/ communication was great.

Family gathering

We rented both the Altos and Plaza properties with 5 adults and 1 child in one property, and 3 adults in the other property. Since they were right next door to each other, it was so convenient to see each other, coordinate activities and the location was great for the places we needed to go to. The kitchen was one of the best stocked that we had rented.

Emergency Stay

Unexpected emergency and we stayed Irvie Homes. The booking was easy, it was more than we expected, and we felt at home. We were traveling with our 4 children. The kids loved it there.
