The master suite is just spectacular. The sitting room that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. This area turns into one of the more popular gathering places for a relaxing adult getaway. The bedroom itself boast a very comfortable King bed a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is huge It has a his and hers vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. The large bath is jetted for you to relax in and unwind from all of the shopping and great restaurants you visited today We also have a walk in shower and the lavatory also has a bidet.

The second master suite also has a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, King size bed and a fantastic vie of the Gulf of Mexico and our sparkling white sand beaches. For our guest that cant just relax there is a new desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work. New Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows.

Our 3rd bedroom also has a King bed and private entrance to the 3rd bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom number 4 has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has 2 full size beds. New desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work.

The living area with floor to ceiling glass is just spectacular, with over 100 feet of balcony to look out over you will never feel crowded here and there are no uncomfortable sleeper sofas to have to sit on. New and very large flat screen Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows, DVD, Books, and a few games.

Dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar can seat 4 more. Beside the dining room table there is a Victrola stereo system that plays albums which we have about 8-10 it is worth playing a few it also has CD player and AM/FM radio. Next to it is a separate refrigerator for all of your bottle water sodas and drinks in general.

Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking Large refrigerator-Freezer, Stove and convection oven over the stove also have a counter top microwave, 4 slice toaster, large crock pot, also have a 12 cup coffee maker and blender. I am sure there can be somethings we left out and other things we will be adding to our condo as this year goes on.

Unit was wonderful. So much space!! Our family enjoyed it. The balcony is HUGE and was so good for all of us to sit out in the evening and enjoy the waves, the mornings sunrise was amazing from the master sitting room. We made tons of memories at this unit. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great family stay

Fun time for family of 10 - parents, children and grandchildren. Views were amazing! Plenty of room for all. Loved the master bedroom/bathroom and sitting room. Kitchen was equipped with pots/pans, dishes, etc., but if you are planning to do any cooking, bring everything with you!

Lots of room.

Large and plenty of space. The washer didn't work. Pillow had blood stains. Bathroom sink was clogged. Other than the things mentioned it was a good place.

17th floor view cannot be beat!

Five girlfriends stayed for a long weekend and we loved the morning and evening balcony time! You can see both the sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor seating is perfect. Condo surfaces were clean, but artificial plants should be cleaned or removed, as they held a lot of dust, and one of our family had serious allergies. Property manager called the day before our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and that was greatly appreciated! Overall a comfortable stay, but the foam mattresses on the beds are ready to be replaced, some have heavy wear resulting in an uncomfortable nights sleep. Location was great, nearby restaurants were welcoming and food was delicious. We appreciated the walkability and bikeability of the area. One of the best beaches around and the area was safe and comfortable. A great spot for families and groups!

Penthouse with positives and negatives.

Washing machine did not work for entire trip and was unable to be fixed. Pool was in the shade, water was cold, and small for a complex this large. Limited beach chairs for a 5 BR condo. Doors int he main BR squeaks with any movement. Towels were poor quality. Large condo easily adequate for 7 adults and 3 boys and 1 baby girl. Excellent balcony, great view of the beach, super beach and great location.

Very spacious place

The positive things first! It was a beautiful room. If you have a big family like us this is the place to book. Very spacious. It was a very easy and smooth check in process . It was in a good location as well. Now the negative. We did have to replace all of the batteries in the smoke detectors as soon as we came in to stop the beeping because we called and they said they’d have someone out and no one ever came. The Vrbo listing was not right as well. It said heated pool which was not heated. Said there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub at the property. Said there was tennis courts and there were none. They did provide us bracelets in the middle of the week for a near by condo so we could play tennis after we asked them where they were so that was cool. Only other complaint is there is no bath for the hallway bedrooms so the master bathrooms had to be shared which is not a huge ordeal unless your like us and everyone has to wait in line to get a shower.

Great updates on fantastic penthouse!

We booked last minute when we saw this penthouse was still available and very glad we did. We have stayed here before with some friends but haven't been here in two years, and the view is stunning and there is plenty of room, but last time the condo was needing some minor updating. Nice surprise to find the penthouse updated and back in top shape. New paint, new living room furniture, reupholstered dining chairs, new outdoor furniture for the balcony, and even a new Keurig coffee maker. It truly lives up to the "penthouse" label again. The view is worth the rental price alone, but now it is so much nicer it really made our stay great. The condo has plenty of room so you can spread out but also get everyone together. Lots of nice amenities--second fridge to put drinks in to save space in the main fridge and also a second microwave. Has a great blender to make frozen beverages and kitchen is fully furnished so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. A/C was great (2 zones so work them together and keep balcony doors closed). Balcony is huge and wraps around the front and side of the condo so view is spectacular. We also enjoyed the beach service chairs and umbrella...just checked in at the kiosk at beach and setup for the day...super convenient instead of having to drag chairs and umbrella back and forth to the beach everyday. Didn't want to leave at the end of our stay but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Enormous condo with superior views!

Great condo for large parties. Plenty of room! Rooms are all very large and the wrap around balcony is amazing! Cleanliness upon arrival could have been better for sure but was not terrible. Master suite bedroom was extremely comfortable as were the bunk beds. The room with 2 twins beds were most definitely not and actually weren’t very sturdy, they sagged quite a bit in the middle. Furniture and decor throughout the condo definitely need to be updated but space is more important to us than furniture. Small things like the toilet paper holders not staying on the wall need to be addressed. Kitchen cookware was extremely disappointing and desperately needs to be replaced and added to. For a penthouse, it was very disappointing. Appliances worked but were very worn and microwave doesn’t turn to heat food properly. VERY few towels for such a large condo. We had to wash constantly to have enough and we were a party of 12. Communication with the property management company was not great and the parking was extremely confusing. The building sign for The Grandview East is very small and not lit at all so if you are coming in at night, pay close attention. Lastly, the very small parking garage that about 10 vehicles can park in is barely lit at night. For security reasons they definitely need to add lighting or get some bright LED bulbs. Additional parking is across the street and also a very small lot. We had issues finding parking for our 3 vehicles when we would return even though we paid $30 for parking spaces. Overall, I would stay there again for the very large space and the penthouse views but again for a penthouse, it needs some TLC and updates throughout. Small things could be done to make a huge difference.

Beautiful condo. Plenty of room for seven adults. The view was amazing even though it was pretty high up. It was convenient to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Parking was a little inconvenient with only one vehicle allowed tp park right at the condo and others had to park across the street. Loved having the extra drink refrigerator. Need new can opener in kitchen… the one provided has seen better days. There was only one dish rag and one dish towel. Would have been nice to have had at least two of these. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely rebook if we have a large group again. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us.

The space was fantastic. Plenty of room and huge bedrooms. Stuff is starting to get worn down. Not my ideal furniture in living room. Its sinks down. But the kids loved it. The balcony is impressive to say the least. It spans the entire space and its perfect. Our parents loved the private suite. Id also recommend a counter top ice machine! We had to buy ice every day. However the beach access was easy and close. We had a wonderful stay and time. With a few updates it would be perfect!

This was a beautiful condo with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main master bedroom was huge and the main living space was accommodating. We did not take advantage of many of the promotional options but we did get the extra beach chairs. No real problems with the stay, everyone was satisfied.

This place is absolutely amazing. The views are incredible! We brought our kids, ages 17-24 and everyone loved this condo! Super spacious, so we weren’t on top of each other.
