New kitchen and bath, 50" flat screen smart TV w/wifi, cable, air, & spacious outdoor pool & deck. Spectacular views! Watch the sun rise and set over the beautiful Atlantic from your balcony and enjoy a walk or bike ride on the boardwalk in front of the complex. Pickleball and tennis courts 1 block away. Includes 1 on-site parking spot. Minimum 60 day rental. Also available for winter rental Sept. 15, 2021 thru May 15, 2022. Winter rental rate is $1500/month + utilities.
