This property had all we wished for. It was in great condition and very spacious fit our family. It was very well equipped and the beach chairs and toys were appreciated. Location to the beach was easy. I highly recommend this property, we have been to many and this is great.

This house is in the perfect location and very spacious for large groups! The kitchen was well equipped and the bikes in the garage were a favorite feature. There was no traffic on the road and public beach access was just a short walk away.

Spontaneous VA Weekend

We decided a week before Memorial Day weekend that we wanted to go to VA beach and we found this amazing beach house! Brandon was extremely accommodating from the beginning all the way to the end even after check out. The house is in a great location and we would definitely stay here if we come back to VA beach!

Comfortable Vacation

Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week, overall experience of the property was excellent. The property description was accurate and everything met our expectation. Very safe for our 2 and 4 year old, standard baby gates fit the multi level house to prevent little ones falling down the stairs. Highly recommend you visit!

Great Beach Housr

Very impressed with everything. Close to the beach ( 250 steps), well stocked with kitchen stuff, lots of chairs for the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the garbage collection and a few other things. Definitely would recommend this property.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our family of six had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place! The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Croatan Beach, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax and play.Brandon was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions and clearly invested in making sure guests have a great experience. We especially appreciated the little touches, like beach chairs and extra towels, which made our trip even easier.We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and convenient beach escape!

Virginia Beach with our family

Our group was three couples and three children ages 5,3 and 1.There are a lot of stairs in the house as the main living space is on the top level. The secret passage to the beach a really fun!. We enjoyed Hunt Club Farm, Jurassic Park and the Virginia Aquarium all located close to where we were staying. Unfortunately there were ants on every level. Our host set bait traps while we were there. It was an ongoing issue.

Thanks for taking the time to review our place! Unfortunately, the heavy rains before your stay caused the ants to come out. The renters didn’t want pest control, so we did our best to keep them away until they left. Once they were gone, we called in the professionals to handle the situation.

The house was spacious and beautiful, super close walk to the beach. The only issues we had were there were a bunch of ants in the kitchen and in the master bathroom. On the last day there was also a big cockroach in the top corner of the master bedroom. We went into the closet to suck him up with the vacuum and inside the vacuum canister was a dead lizard. Either the person that cleans the house sucks him up and forgot to empty it or a past guest did the same.

Great home, one block from the ocean

This is a beautiful home, with just a couple minute walk to the beach. The host had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and wagon with oversized wheels. The outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off before heading in after beach time. Also a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen.

Exceptional Place For a Family Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay. The house is in great condition in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach access. Everything was easy, and Brandon, the owner made sure we were well looked after. The porches on multiple levels make it easy to spread out and enjoy the space as a family. And the house has all the kitchen and beach supplies at the ready that you will need. Our first stay but definitely not our last.

Beach Getaway

Our house located at Croatan Beach, VA was perfect for our family. The house was “spic and span” clean and beautifully furnished. It was located in a residential neighborhood, perfect for walking and bike riding. The beach was a short walk away and very private. All of the amenities were included with beach chairs, ping pong table, and beach wagon being our favorites. The yard was spacious for our “kiddie pool” and eating outside. There were multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The balconies were relaxing and the open living area perfect for quality family time! Many memories were made at this perfect destination for our family:) Thank you Brandon!

We had a wonderful week at the beach! This house is very well equipped and a very short walk to a beautiful part of the beach. Very nice stay here

The house was perfect for our family get together in Virginia Beach. It is exactly as represented on the website. It felt VERY clean and has easy access to the beach. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. The ping pong table and boogie boards got lots of use from out little ones. Would be very happy to stay there again - only wish we could have stayed longer!
