Wonderful accommodations on the Cape! Close to everything

We had a great stay at 28 Pleasant. The house was so clean and organized, the owners were very responsive, and the proximity to downtown Chatham and the bike trail was perfect. We would stay here again

Well appointed home in a great location.

We do our own cooking so appreciated the very well supplied kitchen. There were good quality cookware, plenty of dishes and silverware. We had a very pleasant stay.

A delightful retreat

A well-appointed, impeccably clean cottage in a fabulous location! The perfect jumping-off point for a stroll to/on the beach, biking on the rail trail or driving to the numerous quaint towns. Jenn is a terrific communicator, checking in often. We loved our stay!

Great getaway

Loved staying here and look forward to returning! Home was bright, clean, comfortable and had all needed amenities. Fenced in yard a huge plus. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Best Vacation Home Ever

Beautiful summer cottage with all essentials needs at your finger tips. The house was so comfortable and immaculate. Great deck and yard for barbecues and the best part was we were able to bring our dog!

Perfect time on the cape!

We had a wonderful time during our two weeks at Jenn and George's beautiful home! The house appeared as listed - clean, organized, and comfortable. The yard was well-maintained, the deck was spacious, and the location was great

Great home

We had a great time in Chatham. The house was everything advertised. Really clean, lots of updates, and pet friendly. Walk to beach was a bit long, but fine. Would recommend!

2nd Year in a row!

My 2 friends and I spent a lovely Fall holiday in this beautiful Chatham cottage! The house is spotless, comfortable and has easy access to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be back next fall!

BFF Girls Trip

My 2 friends and I had an amazing stay in this lovely property! What a perfect location for our annual girls trip - a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a terrific restaurant! The cottage was fully equipped with all the amenities and was so comfortable and inviting. Hoping we can come back every year!

Beautiful, well appointed home in a wonderful location

This is a beautiful classic Cape home. It is absolutely immaculate with a great kitchen (and everything you could ever want in a kitchen), a lovely fenced-in yard that our pup loved, a beautiful and relaxing patio, and 4 comfortable bedrooms with great beds. Jenn, the owner, was a pleasure to work with - so communicative! We were even within a long walk/quick bike ride to a small local beach! We would gladly stay here again!

Sept visit

We stayed at Pleasant St for about 2 weeks. Great location -- quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, short drive into downtown Chatham. House was clean and very well equipped. Large deck area is great for reading, eating, and enjoying the Fall weather. Fenced yard is a giant plus. Would definitely recommend if you're planning a visit to Chatham.

Wonderful!

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at this beautiful Cape home. The house is very clean, well-stocked and has a great fenced in backyard with patio. It really had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal, so close to the rail trail for biking/ jogging and less than 10 minutes to Harding’s beach and the downtown shops in Chatham. Jenn, the owner, was wonderful to work with, communicative and accommodating.. Highly recommend!

Quick family trip to the cape

Our family of five, plus our small dog, stayed a night around thanksgiving this year. The house was in very good condition, was clean and well appointed. Our kids were delighted with the layout and felt at home right away. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in the mid cape but this stood out for our family. We loved the cozy, comfortable layout. Jenn was very communicative and helped us very stop of the way. Highly recommend

Month on the Cape

Our summer vacation at Pleasant St was amazing. The house came with everything you can imagine. Our host Jenn could not have been more gracious and responsive. In addition, our dog sailor told me she really appreciated the fenced in back yard where she could wander without a leash We have rented on the Cape before, by far this is the nicest house we’ve stayed at. We can’t wait to book our next time.

Cutest Cape home in the perfect location

My family of five, ages 13-70, loved Jenn's home and we fit into it perfectly. It is decorated just like I would dream to decorate my own home, and every room is comfortable. We loved the deck and spent mornings and nights there either eating, reading, or enjoying a fire. The beds were comfy and the upstairs bedrooms were especially roomy. The bathrooms were clean and bright. And we made good use of the amazing stove and ovens, as well as the grill. We used the bikes several times - the bike path is so close to the house! We made some good memories here. Thanks Jenn.

Solid accommodations

Jenn was pleasant to work with and responsive. Great mid Cape location within short walking distance to two good restaurants, nice beach and easy distance to other towns. The kitchen had all the basics, living area comfortable, and nice deck with table and chairs. The downstairs bathroom is tight and hasn’t much space to set things and could use another towel bar. Linens aren’t included and a rental was arranged but we had to make our beds once we arrived. There was hand soap but no body wash or shampoo so be sure to bring your own. This house would be good for a family.

Wonderful house near the beach

This house had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at cape cod. Beach chairs, bikes and cozy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. It was the perfect house for our family of 6.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very nice and responsive. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. We are hoping to return next year.

Pristine house in a great location

This house was just right for our mini-reunion weekend of four childhood friends. It's clean, bright, and well-appointed - a classic Cape house with modern conveniences. We spent lots of time on the large deck, which overlooks a lovely green lawn. It was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach - although I recommend driving (or a drop-off) if you are bringing chairs and coolers. The road to the beach is busy, but we found the drivers and pedestrians to be courteous and careful. We had just one question while staying there, and our host responded to my message in minutes.

Spring stay in Chatham

Great off season getaway! Close to shops and beach. Very clean home with fenced in yard for dogs, and Jenn was readily available when we had brief difficulty checking in. Would come back for sure!
