Outdoor shower was AMAZING ! Could use blankets for chilly evenings but overall perfect location and size house for our vacation.

Cottage is in an excellent location with easy access to 2 beaches. The beach chairs were a plus! First floor of cottage is very nice. Spiral staircase is a challenge with luggage. The upstairs could use some updates, including bedding, but overall it was comfortable for our group. Air conditioning works great. The auto shades on the skylights in the primary bedroom did not work, so early AM sunlight is directly over head of bed. We enjoyed the 5 days we were there!

Great stay! New kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful, appreciated the dehumidifier's easy to run, amazing communication, lots of room for our 3yo to play inside and outside! House was equipped and such an easy drive to everywhere on cape. Would definitely rent again. They even had a kids picnic table on the porch!

Californians in the Cape

Clean, quaint, everything you need for family time. The A/C is excellent. The front porch is nice and beach chairs appreciated. Very responsive hosts. Would recommend to all.

Chatham Visit

Stayed at this Chatham cottage for a long weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was great, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house itself was extremely clean and was the perfect fit four our group of 4. The check in/out process was a breeze and Pattie was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the Chatham area!

Loved the place. Perfect for our family. Would not recommend for 2 adult couples. The beach was a short drive 1/2 mile with plenty of parking. The outdoor shower and deck were awesome.
