This lovely 3+ bedroom (1 King, 3 twins, and a twin/trundle) cottage in South Chatham is a quick walk to the beach and has great outdoor space - a new deck with full morning sun and then shade in the afternoon surrounded by a private yard. Open floor plan with spiral stairs to the second floor bedrooms. Brand new kitchen, bath & washer/dryer too! A/C slim line wall units throughout to keep you cool as well as a new gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Clean, quaint, everything you need for family time. The A/C is excellent. The front porch is nice and beach chairs appreciated. Very responsive hosts. Would recommend to all.

Great stay! New kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful, appreciated the dehumidifier's easy to run, amazing communication, lots of room for our 3yo to play inside and outside! House was equipped and such an easy drive to everywhere on cape. Would definitely rent again. They even had a kids picnic table on the porch!

Chatham Visit

Stayed at this Chatham cottage for a long weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location was great, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house itself was extremely clean and was the perfect fit four our group of 4. The check in/out process was a breeze and Pattie was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the Chatham area!
