This place was worth all 5 stars! So nice, clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was here and so convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely would recommend you stay here if you get the chance!

We had a great time. It was quiet and very close to the beach. The house was clean. The host is available via text when ever you need to reach out. Thank you for the little get away that was much needed.

The house was very clean and the location was nice-the coffee truck at the end of the driveway was a nice bonus in the morning! I accidentally forgot a jacket at the house when we checked out, and they kindly paid to ship it back to me

This apartment was a great place for our family of 4 to stay for a week of vacation in Narragansett. Kelly and Lorenzo were great at communication and very nice. The apartment is on the 2nd floor so people with mobility issues probably couldn't stay here. It also didn't smell great when we arrived. It seemed like maybe the people ahead of us had a pet that might have gone to the bathroom in the apartment and there was an air freshener to cover that smell up. The beds could also use some updating the queen size bed was sunken in the middle. The wifi and tv in the living room worked well. The bathroom and kitchen were also well stocked and great and the inclusion of towels and sheets was a nice thing to not worry about. The washer/dryer was also very helpful. The best thing is the location. It is very close to the center of town and the beach is walkable.

Depends on what you're looking for

The property is underwhelming. It was surface cleaned, but not deep cleaned. The furniture is torn & stained. They are building an outdoor shower, but there's no clothes line or anywhere to hang towels & wet beach gear. It is in a good location--easy walk to the town beach and surrounded by several casual eateries.

Great location

Great location you can walk to beach. This is a second floor apartment. Has laundry and a nice yard area. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s pretty bare bones. No BBQ tools, no lamps in any of bedrooms and blank walls. It could use a little more ambience and kitchen needs a deep clean. Queen bed needs to be replaced it’s quite sunken in middle . Property owner very responsive and kind. New bar/ open restaurant next door can be noisy as well as the pub two doors down, but if you’re young you might enjoy that. I’ve stayed in the one bedroom apartment downstairs which is newer and wish this one was decorated the same. But, you can’t beat the location and there are three bedrooms a full kitchen and laundry.
