The property sits on the River, just under an acre and it is a perfect, quiet, getaway spot for relaxation. Enjoy the firepit, Pool table, fireplace, reading nook, outdoor hot tub, all just minutes to downtown St Joseph. Attractions during every season! Winter, spring, summer or fall there is a cornucopia of activities. Restaurants, beaches, wineries, breweries, boating, fishing, berry picking, apple picking, snow mobiling and many other attractions.

This is a quiet community, and we respect our neighbors. Therefore, we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind. ****Please read house rules before you consider booking, as they will be strictly Enforced. **** No Exceptions.
This home is for quiet relaxing reprieves only.
***4 vehicle maximum parking on property.
***Home Safety features include surveillance cameras on the outer perimeter of the house.
