Beautiful modern villa air-conditioned and pleasant to live. Spacious and bright, quiet with a large garden on 1000 m² of land and a swimming pool with a submerged beach ideal for young children.

You will have the choice to eat under a terrace sheltered from the sun or in the evening at the edge of the swimming pool.
Inside, the big table of the dining room will also be able to welcome you comfortably to enjoy the meals prepared on the outdoor plancha or in the done up kitchen.

The garden, perfectly enclosed, is ideal for children with many recreational objects (trampoline, table tennis, petanque). The well-protected swimming pool faces south. Around are sunbathing.

The owners rent out their family home during the summer. It is a very pleasant house in a quiet neighbourhood. All rooms are airconditioned, which is a big ‘plus’ in heatwaves. The garden gives a lot of privacy and the pool is very nice in the hot summer. The kitchen is very well equipped and in the garage there is an extra fridge and lots of room to store e.g. a bike. Montpellier is a 15 minute ride, the airport and T.G.V. station are about 30 minutes away. We had an excellent stay, communication with the owners is easy via whatsapp. They have a lot of suggestions for tours, restaurants etc.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. 4 erw. Und 4 Kinder im Alter von 2 bis 8 Jahre.Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank macht sogar eiswürfel und kaltes Wasser.Das Plancha auf der Terrasse ist zu empfehlen. War im Dauerbwtrieb bei uns. Egal ob Spiegeleier und pancakes oder grillen oder Bratkartoffeln oder Gemüse. Alles wurde prima darauf.Die Zimmer waren sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sehr bequem.Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr angenehm und gut zu regulieren.Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern auch wichtig: Rolläden an allen Fenstern. So schöafen die Kids länger.Und es gibt im oberen Stockwerk eine Badewanne.

Des vacances au top

Accueil très chaleureux (petite corbeille de fruits garnie), maison propre et équipements au top. Rien ne manque. La terrasse est très bien conçue, garde le frais et permet de longues soirées extérieures. Une brochure complète rédigée par les propriétaires nous permet de prendre très vite nos repères (description complète de la maison, des commerces avoisinants, des marchés, des bonnes adresses de restos et des activités à foison pour tous les goûts). Chapeau! Nous ne pouvons qu'être satisfaits.
