This 3-bedroom mini compound offers the privacy of a gated community, complete with a motorized driveway gate and fully fenced grounds — your own desert resort retreat.

The terraced backyard is a true oasis, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a pool with raised spa, cozy up around the fire pit table, practice your short game on the private putting green, or unwind under the covered patio while taking in the surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains.

Inside, the 2,012 sq. ft. home features three en-suite bedrooms, ideal for families or couples traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and the open dining area comfortably seats eight. A gas fireplace adds a warm touch to cool desert evenings.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow the FULL checkout procedure which will be emailed to you with your entry instructions 10 days before check in. A copy of the procedure is also at the property in a leucite frame.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservation holder must be at the property for the duration of the reservation. No sub leasing or renting for other guests allowed.
Reservation holder must read the rental agreement, city mandates and checkout procedure prior to booking.
