About this property

ALBUFEIRA - POOL AND OCEAN VIEWS

For summer or winter, enjoy in a central location this fine 2 bedroom apartment with WIFI fibre at the Solario de Sao Jose, Albufeira. All rooms have balconies. Views of Ocean, Albufeira skyline and nature reserve. Private Hospital 1.0 km. Both Alemaes beach and Albufeira centre are 1.2 km. Nearby is the supermarket Pingo Doce, petrol station, a local bus stop
and a super bakery the Pau de Aldeia. This is a gated community with pools, squash, home gym, sauna, HOT showers and an indoor games room, 4 sunbeds are provided. Golf is 3 km away. Free parking beside complex,

Bookings accepted during high season are Sunday to Sunday
from the 19th July to 13th September. Not accepting bookings from
persons driving by car long distances ie over 750 km.

Meet + greet - the Agent will co-ordinate your arrival and meet you at the complex. Information regarding the apartment and complex is sent to you 1 week before arrival ie codes, keys, use of appliances etc.

Surcharges for:
1. Tourist taxes, refer citytax.pt, Arrivals after 9 pm € 30;
payable 1 week before arrival, directly to proprietor,
2. Winter - November to March - electric, gas, 50% share of end of stay cleaning + laundry = € 75.

Condo management provides the facilities and these can be closed for repair from time to time like squash at present. The proprietor can only provide the apartment, not the facilities.

electric heater.

The apartment's location is excellent. Although it's close to Oura, it's a very quiet area. The apartment has everything you need for a great vacation. It's important to highlight the hospitality of the apartment owners and their representative. I highly recommend this place.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon und Poolblick

Gemütlich.. Voll ausgestattet..Hell.. eingezäunter Spielplatz direkt am Pool so das man die kleinen beim Spielen beobachten kann und dabei Pool genießt... freundliches Personal..Sauber..es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Leuke plaats voor een vakantie in de Algarve

Het was een zeer aangename plek om tot rust te komen.Het zwembad was zeer leuk.Spijtig dat soms een groep jongeren de rust komen verstoren. En dat diezelfde jongeren niet altijd het in zich hebben om de omgevingen netjes achter te laten. En dan vooral het zwembad.Maar dit heb je niet altijd in de hand natuurlijk.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Leider haben sich einige Nutzer der Anlage sich überhaupt nicht an die Nachtruhe gehalten. Es wurde nachts in den Wohnungen herumgebrüllt, lautstark gestritten, lautstark in den Pool gesprungen und sich lautstark weit nach Mitternacht auf dem Balkon unterhalten und Musik gehört. Dies hat das Urlaubserlebnis leider zu Nichte gemacht.

Résidence très agréable dans un quartier calme

Appartement lumineux, bien agencé, linge de toilette et linge de lit impeccable. Nous y avons séjourné 15 nuits et avons apprécié qu’au milieu du séjour le linge de toilettes et de lit aient été changé ainsi qu’un petit coup de propre au sol . Appartement bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. Je recommande vivement.

El apartamento está muy bien, las habitaciones y el sofá cama genial, el trato con Marie fue muy cercano y rápido, para agregar un.comentaeio que pueda ayudar, podría poner unos cuantos vasos más en la cocina al ser justo 6 siempre nos quedamos cortos pero, por lo demás tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos.
