The home was great! fantastic location close to the beach access. Home was very well kept and the kitchen well stocked. Southern Vacation Rentals provided exceptional service.

Nice property! Loved the effortless check-in. The pool area, and large living area of the main house was a great hub for our family interactions. The golf kart was helpful with transporting and parking at the beach. We had a great time.

I cannot say enough about this property and location…it truly exceeded our expectations! There is a usable garage that I wasn’t aware of and there were at least 8-10 beautiful beach chairs on the property that I also wasn’t aware of /so no need to bring your own … the less I need to travel with the better! Both houses were immaculate / kitchens fully equipped with all appliances needed (there is a keurig also) and a great blender for frozen drinks! The golf cart was such a great add on( 50 additional charge ) but so worth it!! It was a 3 minute drive to the beach/ and the beach is gorgeous !We had 12 guests and had plenty of room! The lanai with the pool was amazing - which overlooked a small lake where we watched osprey and egrets every day. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

House and property are absolutely beautiful. There is a main house and separate guest house. Location is in a gated neighborhood across the street from the beach access. It was a great location and property. House does have a golf cart included but key is locked up and you have to call a company to get the code. Company was closed so we lost a day use with the golf cart. Otherwise, great stay.

Summer family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as we had hoped for. However, it would be helpful to list how well equipped the kitchen is. We brought a lot of extra stuff from home, not knowing there was going to be everything we would need for cooking for a group of 14 adults. The listing should also say that there are several beach chairs available in the garage. We would not have brought beach chairs across 4 states had we known there were chairs available in the garage. It would have been helpful to have either another trash bin or a recycling bin for all the trash to be loaded into outside. Upstairs restroom missing a door handle and door does not close tightly. Main entry door into the main house is extremely hard to open.
