This was an excellent property that was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do in North Idaho. The property was very charming and homie. I had to contact the host with a couple of questions and they were very, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great option in Post Falls!

The house was great for the four ladies in town for a business retreat. The house was great, and everything was clean and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. We used the washer and dryer once halfway through our trip. The house is conveniently located for coffee, groceries, highway access, etc., and a super short drive to Couer d'Alene. The host easy to reach and work with. They quickly responded to my request to change a burned-out front porch light bulb. Definitely recommend!

The listing is pretty accurate with what the house has to offer. One thing we missed in reading the description was the house has downstairs people living there. They were quiet but be aware this is not a completely private rental. The host was nice and kind and responded quickly when questions were asked. The property was very clean and can accommodate the number of people listed (up to 8).

Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We're glad the house lived up to its description, that communication was quick and easy, and that the space was clean and comfortable for your group of up to 8. We appreciate you flagging the downstairs living arrangement for future guests, and we're glad it didn't take away from your stay. It's wonderful to know you had a 5-star experience overall, and we hope it made for a memorable trip.

I cannot speak to the condition or quality of the property as we canceled once we realized this was not a private rental. This is a shared rental with someone living in the basement. The listing does not make this obvious. One has to read details of the listing to find this out.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the frustration about the listing not being clear that this is a shared rental with someone living in the basement. We've already raised this concern with Evolve, as other platforms advertising the property as an entire house.

Great stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was responsive and accomodating - we'd love to stay again! The long term renters in the basement level were no issue for us - we were barely aware they were there.

Perfect location!

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 8. It was also a perfect location. Our SIL’s loved the disc golf course at Corbin Park which was so close. It was so nice to have access to a washer and dryer after our day on the Hiawatha trail. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. They have lots of plates, cups and utensils.

Very clean, had everything needed, open, spacious areas. Yard and fire pit, outside area great!! Quiet, private yard. Host easily accessible and responsive. One couple had car trouble and their Daughter and Son in law drove up to get them late Saturday, no problem for host to let them stay. Very much appreciated. Great family home!!

Felt like home

This home was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well supplied. Livingroom was comfy with lots of seating and thermostat controlled gas fireplace to warm it up in the early mornings. Central heat worked great. Contacts with the owner were great. Could not have asked for more. Thank you for such a great stay. Candy and Bill Williams

We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing details do share that there are renters in the basement. - While there is no television in the bedroom, we do offer television streaming services on a large-screen tv in the living room. The amenities for guest use can also be verified on the photos for verification before confirming a booking. - Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help. We will continue to receive glowing 5-star reviews as we do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Family gathering.

We gathered as a family for the memorial service of my father's passing. The house was a perfect size for my husband and I to be there with our 4 adult childten .Then later after the service family came over for a time of fellowship and being together. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Thank you so much!! Clean and comfortable with a retro feel. It reminded us of my mother in laws home. :)
