Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad your family had a great time and found the place clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure staying in touch with you throughout your visit.

Glad you enjoyed the cabin!

Thank you for your feedback back! Unfortunately, many guests do not use the dishwasher, which can result in stagnant water remaining in the drain and producing an odor. We have instructed our cleaning staff to run a cycle each time they perform their cleaning. We are glad we enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for your review and feedback.

From the owner: "Hello Abraham, thank you for taking the time to post your review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay at our cabin. We hope you think it's as special of a place as we do."

From the owner: "Hello Holly, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are glad you enjoyed our little place away from home."

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found the cabin beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Our listing photos accurately represent the property, and guests are encouraged to review the map location before booking if proximity to neighboring homes is a concern. The driveway is clearly marked with address numbers, directional arrows, and a solar-powered light, though larger vehicles, such as a 15-passenger van, may find maneuvering more challenging. Exterior security cameras are fully disclosed and are used only for safety, wildlife, weather, and property management. The cabin's air conditioning units are designed to run continuously to circulate air and manage humidity during warmer months. We also regularly maintain the property, including the window screens, and will recheck them. Finally, mattress comfort is subjective, and we provide medium-firm mattresses that many guests have enjoyed.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. The bedroom ceiling fan is quiet at lower speeds, though it can be louder on its highest setting. The A/C units are listed as portable on our end since they're intended for the warmer months, though we understand VRBO displayed this differently. The bedroom closet is currently used for household supplies and linens, but a new storage piece for guests is coming soon.

From the owner: "We are glad to read you loved everything. We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. Thanks again for coming back!"

Hi David, we’re so glad the home suited your needs and that you enjoyed the view! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We use exterior-only cameras to help with property upkeep and safety, including monitoring recent patio construction work, snowfall, and wildlife activity. We’re sorry if their placement felt off-putting and have updated the listing so future guests know what to expect.- A/C units are installed for seasonal use since the local weather is typically cool, but they’re available to keep guests comfortable when temperatures rise.- We chose to keep the patio half covered so our family and guests can enjoy the beautiful night sky and get the full experience of being outdoors in the evening.- While we can’t control where the sunset falls, please know we’ve put a lot of thought and care into making this home a welcoming space for everyone who stays. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Our team is dedicated to promptly addressing issues to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.-We understand that your schedule may have been hectic, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations during your stay.
