Perfect Nashville Home!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The accommodation is spacious, very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having the balcony overlooking the river was a great bonus and we enjoyed sitting out watching the river traffic. We loved its Nashville location and could walk from the apartment to the downtown area with its free bus service for sightseeing and along the river to the bottom of Broadway for the 'scene'. When we used Lyft for rides at night we liked the pull-in which is in the covered parking area and steps from the front door and felt very safe (drivers found us easily too!). Rebecca is great to deal with and the whole booking process went very smoothly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home from home in Nashville.

Wonderful stay in Nashville

The unit was everything we needed. Decorated perfectly for The music city, clean and comfortable. We loved the family of muskrats that visited daily. About a mile to Broadway which we liked because we were able to walk off some of the wonderful food and drinks! We would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fun spot close to it all!

We were first timers visiting nashville and I close this location due to waterfront view, and proximity to all the attractions we wanted to see. You're literally a mile off of broadway. We found scooters were probably most fiscal and convenient mode of transportation and there seemed to be plenty close to/on the propertty. The unit was clean, confortabke and co ve ient. Host was 100%vommunicative and accomodating and even offered several recommendations for us forst timers. 100% will be returning to Nashville and theor properties are the first place I will be looking to stay

Great Location. Real Close to Downtown.

Great Parking, walking distance to down town, the stadiums and more. Nice river view from the unit. The window by the couch needs to be recaulked and sealed. It looks like it might fall out if not addressed. The bathroom ceiling above the shower is peeling and looks like at one point it got wet from above and the shelving behind the toilets does not allow you to open the toilet lid or seat all the way up. It's very annoying to use the toliet would be very easy to fix. All in all we really enjoyed the stay. The bed was comfy, the coffee maker was great and the access to everything outstanding. We would definitely book again.

Clean little space for Couples Get Away

Easy entry, great communication, and clean space. All things I want for a quick weekend stay. It is about a mile walk to the bars and shops at Broadway. We used Uber once to go to the Listening Room but walked back. The last block is a little sketchy but we never had any problems. There is a great brewery for food and drinks by the baseball field. This is a 2-3 minute walk. The main con we experienced was that you could hear the people staying above us. Even them walking. That kept me awake at times but I am a light sleeper. It was a nice, clean space for a weekend get away.

Great Little Spot

The place was nice and cozy with a view of the river. The location was further from Broadway then I had hoped, but was still walkable, although maybe not a night. One advantage of being a bit further away, was it's super quiet at night. Outside of the building wasn't the greatest looking, but inside was nicely decorated with all the right necessities.

Love Nashville!

I had an amazing stay in Nashville!, Rebecca was very friendly and attentive and reply very quickly to everything we needed. The room was exactly as advertised in the pictures—clean, and comfortable. One of the best parts was the view; we had a look at the river which made mornings and evenings extra special. It was the perfect blend of comfort and Nashville charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with a beautiful view and excellent service!
