Wrap-around terrace to enjoy the views as well as the unobstructed sunset in this meticulously and luxuriously remodeled corner condo. One of the very best two bedroom condos in the building, by decoration and views.

Superbly furnished and uncommonly well equipped, with quality wood, and marble-imitating wood, with appliances by Gaggenau, SubZero, Miele and cabinets by Snaidero. It includes fridge, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, full-size washer & drier, toaster, juicer, and coffee maker, hairdryer.

Two bedrooms, each with gorgeous views (master with King bed, secondary with a king-size bed too.
Both feature their own full baths and cable Smart TVs so that you can use your own subscription to Netflix, Hulu, HBO...etc. Spacious living room leading to a large ‘L’ balcony facing both the ocean and the islands and the parks, with sunbeds. Great apartment and location!

We were in town for family weekend at the University of Miami with our two younger kids and the two bedroom apartment was perfect. It was a perfect location, close to campus and in downtown Coconut Grove. The views from the apartment are amazing and the pool area was great. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

My Husband and I stayed for parents weekend. Location was perfect- walkable to nearly everything. The building is upscale and staff is very attentive. Hosts provide everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Great little trip

We had to drop our son off at University of Miami and decided to make a weekend of it. This was a perfect spot to experience all the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove. Even a yoga studio next door. Unit was very clean and comfortable with amazing view.

One of the Best Stays Ever!

I never wanted to leave! We came down to move my daughter into college and from the moment we walked into the unit, till it came time to check out - everything was wonderful. Hosts were VERY responsive if I had a question and went above and beyond for our stay. It was very clean and would totally stay here again. I'm already looking into it. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful Corner Unit in Coconut Grove

This apartment was perfect for a long girls-weekend in Miami. The unit is spacious, nicely appointed and quiet. The wrap around balcony gives you a stunning view of the marina and of Peacock Park. This area is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and plenty of happy-hour options. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay Convenient Dining Nearby

The unit itself was well kept & clean. Some minor confusion with appliances as noted by others but nothing significant. The restaurant in the hotel/condo building near the pool was under renovation however this is 2 minute walk from the dining area with many choices along main st & commodore plaza. Convenient drive to many areas of Miami including Key Biscayne beaches and nature preserve areas. It will be even nicer once the pool area has the restaurant restored with bar service.

Beautiful views, nice neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our week in this spacious 2 bedroom. The master suite was perfectly situated to enjoy sunrise and sunset from bed- or step out on the balcony that surrounds. Everything appeared pretty updated and clean. We did cook at home several times and had to learn how to use a different style of stove/oven than we are used to, but it all worked and we got a good laugh. We enjoyed walking around town and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. It was nice that it overlooked the pool so I could easily keep an eye on my teens even if in our room. If we returned to the area I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Wrap-around balcony A++! Needed a couple things during our 2-week stay .. Great communication with owners and quickly addressed needs. Loved the location as we could walk to shops, great restaurants and some night-time fun. Highly recommend ... Rusty Pelican at Key Biscayne for a great seafood dinner with an unbeatable view of miami downtown skyline, Bill Baggs Cape State Park for a day at the beach (rent chairs and umbrella) make sure to check out the lighthouse while you are there, Harry's Pizzeria (450 ft from condo). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if back in Miami would most definitely book again!! Thznks for sharing your place.

A Sunny Place to Stay in January

The views! The sunshine! This 2 br/2 bath condo overlooking Biscayne Bay was a perfect getaway from the cold, gray skies of Chicago. The unit was bright, airy, spacious, and clean. The hotel/condo building was well-run and the management company was so responsive and easy to work with. The unit and the building both need a little updating/refreshing. However, this is made up by the excellent location that is ideal for quick access to downtown Miami, Coral Gables/University of Miami, and just steps away from CocoWalk with amazing assortment of restaurants and shops.

Fantastic Location!

There is no doubt about it, this is a terrific property with a million dollar view! Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, most services are within walking distance. It is exactly as advertised. Because the condo is also a part of Hotel Arya, you have access to the hotel pool, spa, restaurant, bar, and gym. The location of the balcony offers views of both sunrises and sunsets! On the downside, there is a lot of road noise due to the fact that it sits along a main thoroughfare. However, once inside it was very quiet. Regardless, we would highly recommend this property to you! In fact, my wife and I have plans to stay again sometime soon.

Coconut Grove perfection

The condo was great. We loved the views from every room. The main bedroom was especially comfortable with a wonderful view. The second bedroom showed a little more age, but was usable. We loved the location. Walking distance to the marina, a grocery store and many excellent restaurants. Our only complaint was out of the control of the condo owner. With one or two elevators broken, we experienced long waits for the elevator, but, planned accordingly. There is lots of work happening throughout the building. Ohhh, it’s going to look nice. Right now, you’ll smell paint in the hallways from time to time and meet construction workers in the service elevator. Final thing to keep in mind, the building’s restaurant is being remodeled, so no food is available on-site. If we return to Miami, we’ll surely book this condo again.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company.
