Located in Oroville, Washington, minutes from the Canadian/US border, this little piece of heaven will get you out of the hustle and bustle of the daily grind and allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy lake living. This home has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and 2841 sq ft of living space. Beautiful heated stamped concrete floors, cathedral ceilings, open concept kitchen with granite countertops, and large windows throughout. It's located on the east side of Lake Osoyoos, there is half an acre of property, and approx 65 ft of water front. The yard gently slopes to the water's edge, where there's a dock. Don't forget to bring your water and beach toys!

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with permanent residents. Please respect them, their private property, keep noise low, and no parties.
As we are located at the bottom of a hill, please watch your speed and be mindful of children playing or families walking on the road.
No tents. We have a sprinkler system that waters the grass every morning. We will not turn it off as the grass browns quickly.
