This space is simply perfect for alfresco dining together on the warm summer evenings or putting your feet up on the sun lounger with an ice-cold drink and a good book.

Stay cool indoors in the open plan living area fitted with large sliding doors to create a good breeze, or use the heat pump to create a cool space to unwind. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped modern kitchen, fuelling the family or group before heading out on a beach adventure, or serving up a big tasty holiday meal at the end of the day.

Comfortably able to sleep up to 12 guests, The Sun Seeker's Retreat has more than enough space for the whole family to join the fun but still have room to spread out and find their own spot, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and two in the sleepout.

The Sun Seeker's Retreat is positioned at the south-eastern corner of Pauanui, offering a bit of both worlds. It's only a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach in a peaceful neighbourhood, and just a 10-minute walk to the local cafes and restaurants.
