We’re sorry to hear the temperature was uncomfortable during your stay. Our condo is equipped with a Nest thermostat, which learns from guest preferences to adjust accordingly. When we were notified that you preferred it cooler, we immediately removed the preset schedule from the app to give you full control over the temperature.
