The cabin provided an excellent getaway for our family vacation. Our six year old loved the board games and the novelty of the loft, but we were uncertain if we were allowed to use the playground at the park for members down the road. Overall we had a great stay with lots of short and sweet adventures that the whole family enjoyed.
Small, but was laid out well and clean. We'd stay here again!

Billie was great!
We had a relaxing stay at the Little Red Cabin. It was a base for our adventures at Mt Rainier!
We had a lovely time in the little red cabin! Perfect location near the park with beautiful views and peaceful backyard looking over the creek. There were a couple things that could have used improvement, namely a missing dish sponge, not enough blankets for the sofa bed and the sofa bed could also use replacing as it has a dip in the center that makes it rather uncomfortable. Other than that it was lovely and we enjoyed the wood stove.
The location was great for activities in the park and also just to relax and getaway from it all. The house itself had everything i needed... making full use of the wood burning stove. Would definitely stay here again.
The cabin was well-kept, cute, and wonderful for a couple's getway. The layout of the space was great, the fireplace was wonderful for relaxing and cuddling. Do make sure to bring groceries, though.

We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the cozy layout and that the fireplace helped make your couple’s getaway extra special. Great tip on bringing groceries too—always helpful for future guests! We’d love to welcome you back anytime.
The cabin was in a nice and quiet location, away from the main road. It was clean and tidy with plenty of cooking amenities provided. The view of the mountains from the living room was a big plus!

Safe Travels to you and your family!!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. Nothing fancy, but it had all we needed. After a long hike, we enjoyed the shaded deck listening to the sounds of the stream nearby and the variety of birds.

Isn't the sound of the creek incredible!!! We love love love sitting outside after a full day of hiking Mt. Rainier and just relaxing and taking in all of the sounds an beauty of nature!!! Some day we will have the path to the creek on the property completed and then I will add pictures of the path and then people can just wander right down to the creek if they want to!!
Amazing place to get away for the weekend, very responsive owner. Fireplace was great, stream out back provided a nice ambient noise. Clean and had everything you needed.

We were unable to stay in this cute cabin due to wildfire activity blocking access, but Billie could not have been a more amazing host and communicator! We hope to return soon and see the stars from this cozy cabin! ✨

Awww! you are So kind Beth! We felt so blessed to not be anywhere near any of the wildfire issues you had to deal with in your area and I am so glad to know everything turned out well for you! Please know that you are always welcome to come out and enjoy the mountain on this side of the state anytime it works out well for you in the future!!
Small/difficult bedroom. Slept on pullout. Just not right for 70+ folks. A Keurig would be nice. Peaceful setting though.

I’m so glad you found the cabin so peaceful! We love it too!! And agree! We completely love the look of the spiral staircase so much - but can absolutely see how it might not be as enjoyable to utilize for those in their 70’s and above:-) Very glad the pull out sofa enabled you to sleep comfy on the main floor instead:-)
Quiet cabin. The two cabins on both sides were empty at this time. Cozy place, but the steps up to the loft were a bit noisy. We appreciated the gifts of snacks for our hikes into Mount Rainier. The road it was situated next to, wasn't busy, but when we left to go south, the road closed sign didn't specify that it was closed before the road split where we were going so we traveled 25 miles out of our way and had to turn around and take another route.
This cozy cabin was perfect for a night near Mt Rainier. The patio, fire pit area, and pebble beach by the creek were so inviting for relaxation that I wish I had booked it for two nights.
The only negative was that there was no coffee at all. I used to always bring my own whenever I rented a place, but over the years have been pleasantly surprised that there is always something to make coffee when I stay at this kind of place. So of course the one time I didn't bring anything... Thankfully there is a coffee shop a 15 min drive away! Otherwise everything was perfect - clean, comfortable, everything you need to make a simple meal.
