Please note that Emmalani Court will be undergoing a construction project from September 02, 2025 through approximately April 01, 2027. However, we do not know yet when our building will be affected.
• In general, construction activity may occur Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Guests may experience noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas of the property during their stay.
• Some common amenities (e.g., parking areas, walkways, landscaping, etc.) may be temporarily closed or restricted.
While we will do our best to minimize disruptions, this work is essential to improving the property. We want our guests to be fully informed so you can plan your stay accordingly.

My husband and I fell in love with Kauai, when he asked me to marry him here, in 1993. We were back for our honeymoon, and haven't stopped visiting the island every year since. It has always been a dream of ours to have a property to call our own on this beautiful island, and we made our dreams come true this year! We are thrilled to be able to now share our island home away from home with others. We hope you will feel at home here, enjoy your stay and make lifelong memories with your family and friends!

Why they chose this property

We chose Emmalani Court because of its unique Hawaiian charm, and close proximity to the best beaches on Kauai. It boasts a short 10 minute walk and hike to Hideaway Beach, for snorkeling, and a 10 minute drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay, a crescent shaped, white, sandy beach, best known for its calm summer waters, perfect for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, and the best nightly sunsets on the island. Queen's Bath is a short distance away and is one of the most unique hikes and experience on the island -- a perfect location for spotting sea turtles.

We are situated on the Makai Golf Course in the elite Princeville community, just steps away from the sunset overlook and 0.5 mile from the One Hanalei Hotel. A short walk through the Makai Golf Course will lead you to the Princeville Shopping Center for groceries, gas, restaurants and shopping, as well as the community children's playground. Or, take a 0.6 mile walk to the famous Queen's Bath hike.
