Adorned in a playful beach-chic decor, this spacious gulf front retreat boasts an open concept layout, upscale designer furnishings, updated electronics and premium mattresses throughout. The living room affords a roomy sectional, with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy a cozy night relaxing together and watching your favorite movies on the large flat screen HDTV.

The living room offers access to the wrap-around beachfront balcony, where you can wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf, sip a margarita while the sun sinks below the horizon, or even indulge in a gourmet dinner al fresco with the sugar white sands, turquoise emerald waters and starry night sky as your backdrop!

Great Location Clean Property

We loved spending a couple days on the beach and being within walking distance of Walgreens and Starbucks for coffee and essentials. Swimming and sand were the main activities and we enjoyed our time in the sun. Managers were great and responsive.

World Series Stay

We loved every minute of our stay here! Even though there was a Tropical Storm in the gulf while we were there, we felt safe and secure there. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. For instance, we had a free rental service for beach chairs and they made the phone calls needed to make sure we were accommodated. My parents loved it as well, if we ever have to return to Orange Beach we’ll definitely be staying here!

Our first time to Orange Beach was fun. The building is dated and the unit lacks decorative upgrades. But, the beach is easily accessible and that’s what we wanted! Excellent communication with our contact. Overall we were satisfied.

Beautiful Views

We had an amazing week in Orange Beach. The kitchen has everything we needed, including a crock pot and Tupperware for leftovers! The beds were the most comfortable of any place we have ever stayed. The condo could use a deep clean, but worked for us (the windows weren’t very clean). Parking was never an issue and the elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait to go up or down. The area is amazing because this is the only condo around. That means you have unobstructed views when you are on the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. Overall this was an amazing place to stay!

The condo is nicely decorated with plenty of beds and was clean for the most part. Kitchen is fully and nicely equipped. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. We love this area. The unit’s kitchen appliances (all are rusty) need replaced. Repairs needed in baths, sliding doors, floor in bedroom. Balcony: great furniture on the balcony. The sliding door has absolute view blocking smears, making the most valuable view from the unit obstructed, terrible. Paint is chipped around doors.

Very nice views

I want to start by saying if you are staying anytime during end of July-Sept please be aware its "jellyfish season". This would have been a nice warning, especially for those of us who don't know the area so want to warn people (seriously, sooo many jellyfish!) Outside of that it was a nice place with great views. The person who said there was an issue with the door going to the patio was right. There is a large... stain? scratch? Not sure what it is but it does kind of ruin the view a bit as its the main window, but it seems to be inside the window itself. We have 4 kiddos so the room with 2 bunks was perfect and they loved having their own little area. Being able to walk right to the beach was great and the pool was really nice as well. We didn't really use the chair service (as there was only 2 and had a family of 6) but it's definitely a nice add on. Customer support was really on top of answering any question which was nice. check in was super easy and there is a garbage area right near it so you can walk out and throw big boxes or garbage and not have to haul it up and down the stairs. Overall, we had a nice time, minus the jellyfish (which we realize the company can't help) Nothing fancy/high end but for the price, it's a nice little spot.

Nice place to stay

Our stay was nice. The condo was as expected from the listing. It is an older condo but was still nice. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but overall the condo was in good shape and had adequate furnishings. The kitchen had decent supplies but was lacking any larger pots and only 1 larger pan. For a unit that sleeps 8 I would have expected more larger cookware. It was very nice to have the included beach chair service! We had 6 adults and 1 teen and there was plenty of space. The bunks were even adequate for our college age kids. Overall I would recommend this unit for a family.

Beautifully relaxing view

For starters I learned that I am not a beach girl lol I hated that the sand was everywhere 24/7 no matter what we did. Aside for that this was a perfect place to vacation. The bunk room was such a hit with my kids. They absolutely loved it. All the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The kitchen had literally everything we needed including spices.
