This beautiful and spacious, two-story home is now available for your vacation! The perfect getaway for families or couples, this property overlooks the ocean and is only 200 meters from a secluded, sandy beach on Kells Bay, County Kerry. There are magnificent ocean and mountain views from each room of this beautifully landscaped property. The lush, green, grounds offer privacy, an outdoor dining area, and plenty of parking, including a garage. Exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well furnished, this new residence has beautiful maple wood floors in the living room, dining room, and each bedroom.

With four generously-sized bedrooms, this home is perfectly equipped for a large family or for two families to share.

The property is fully furnished with all necessary linens, and comes with a full washer and dryer. The master suite is equipped with a queen-sized bed and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double-size bed with incredibly lush mountain views, and the third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom.

The kitchen is warm and sunny and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and brand-new appliances. The gourmet chef in your family will be right at home in this kitchen - every imaginable item is available for your needs.

The large, entry foyer has high ceilings, tile floors, and a pine staircase and railings to the second floor. The home has modern, central heating, plenty of hot water for showers, and exceptionally clean, modern, bathrooms. This is one of the prettiest locations on the Ring of Kerry and the beach in Kells is fantastic - only a three-minute walk from the house!

Kells Bay

Stayed for 4 days and loved every minute. We had 5 adults and had so much room. Could easily accommodate family of 8. Beautiful property and location if you want to be away from hustle and bustle. Easy walk to beach and drive to many areas. Must visit Kells Bay Garden less than 1/4 mile away.

Roomy house with good faciliities and friendly and helpful owners set very near small beach. 3 Pub/restaurant/cafes 1 to 4 miles. Very beautiful area and excellent walking routes not far away.

Perfect Cottage For Families

Our cottage was very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There is lots of places to explore in the area or stay in and rest and relax. Our hostess/host were both very accommodating and welcoming.

We loved the house and the view was spectacular! The gardens were also beautiful. The hosts were gracious and concerned for our comfort and checked on us as we were a little later checking in than planned. Also, appreciated the fresh Irish eggs!

Beautiful Area!

We really enjoyed our stay, there is so much to do all around the area. The house is roomy with nice size bedrooms, the back yard is lovely to sit outside and listen to the birds while sipping a whiskey. We just love Cahersiveen, the town and the people are so lovely. We are coming back next year! John & Agnes are lovely people, thank you for a wonderful breakfast the morning we left Agnes🍳

The best house in Kerry

Agnes and John keep a clean and wonderful house a short walk from the beach. The views are breathtakingly beautiful and light comes in the large windows so nicely. Every time my family comes to visit our ancestral home, this is where we stay. We could not be happier with it.

Wonderful location. Scenic, private, just a perfect spot. The ocean view from the front door is incredible and the daily morning dips (bracing) at the nearby beach were memorable. Great location right on the Ring of Kerry. Agnes couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommended.

Hidden Gem in Kerry

We were two families, 4 adults, 4 college aged kids, and this home had it all! Great location on the Ring of Kerry, a short walk to the beach, gorgeous scenery, amazing sunsets! After a day of sightseeing around the Ring or in Killarney, it was the perfect place to come back to and enjoy a home cooked meal and then relax down by the beach to watch the sunset. Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place for our Irish Holiday.

Come for the Views, Stay for Agnes

I can't say enough about how lovely Agnes and John were as hosts. They made us feel right at home straight from the beginning. The house was huge, had amazing views of the bay, and was only a 5-minute walk to a really nice beach. It was a great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry, Killarney area, and Dingle. You won't regret staying here. It provides such an authentic experience, and you'll fall in love with the place!

We had a wonderful stay “under the sun” in Agnes and John’s beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The home was warm, inviting and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient yet somewhat secluded. We were close to horseback riding on the beach, lovely places to walk, and not too far from Killarney National Park, the Dingle peninsula and Valentia Island. Agnes was a very attentive host and was always very available to answer our questions give recommendations. We would love to return and stay again some day🌈 💚☘️💚🌈

Nice and quiet

Perfect getaway for people who are looking for a beautiful location and peace. Overlooking the ocean and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house itself had every amenity we were looking for. It as a typical Irish house, so things are a little different than the USA, but not hard to figure out. My only thing that was a little bit of an inconvenience, was the internet would go out every once and a while. Worked about 90 percent of the time.

A wonderful home

We stayed at the O'Sullivan house for the whole month of October, 2010 and had a wonderful experience. The house is situated overlooking Kells Bay (a short walk down to the beach); the interior is new, but exceptionally warm; the kitchen well equipped and, even in the wet winter the turf fire in the living room stove makes you feel cozy and content. But the best part of the experience were the people of Kells and the nearby Ring of Kerry communities, especially Agnes and John, who were the perfect hosts. They helped us find transportation, food, local services and everything we needed while in Ireland. They will be friends forever. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Wonderful place for a family

Agnès was an excellent host, very helpful and welcoming. The house is very big and in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the fireplace every night, that was one of the highlights of my vacation.
