📝 NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area along with the right side of the building which includes the second and third floors. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome one small dog (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 per week pet fee—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pup's stay just as wonderful as yours.

The place has some mold in the bathroom and the shower knob was kind of gross. It looks much newer in the photos than in person. The pool is also so small. The location was awesome but it was almost 1,000 a night.

Perfect location

Booking process and check in/out was super easy. Property was in a great location close to the village. There are a lot of stairs, so take that into consideration if someone has trouble with them. Pool is small, but nice to have. Was a great place to stay.

Summer vacay

A few blocks walk to the beach, but less than a block from all the fun downtown restaurants, shops and market! Had everything we needed and if it didn't, they were a phone call away and had someone deliver extras.

Great location

While perfectly fine, the place needs some cleaning and repairs. The location is great with a minute walk to the village and 7 minute walk to the beach. The management is very responsive.

Anniversary trip

We had a nice long weekend here. Great location very close to the village and market and liquor store. Short walk to the beach and there was a cooler for us to take to with us and some ice packs in the freezer. We also enjoyed the hot tub and cooling off in the tub.

Fantastic Location and Support

We loved how close the house was to the village. We could hop on a free open trolley just down the street to get to the other beach. When we contacted the rental company about two issues, they were quick to resolve the issues for us. Nice place…we’d stay again!

Perfect Location & Amazing Backyard

We really enjoyed our stay....location was perfect! It was perfect for my teenage daughters who could walk to the beach and the village at anytime. Everyone really enjoyed the backyard! Perfect little oasis when the beach was too hot or windy. Management was quick to respond to our requests. I really appreciated them staying in contact with me throughout our stay. It was nice knowing they cared. Everything about the stay was easy! I would definitely rent this place again!

Needs upgrades

The pull out bed/couch needs replacing. It is awful. The pool wasn’t fixed in a timely manner and when it was the waterfall stopped working properly the same day.
