Situated in the Opua village, The Loft is close to all Opua amenities including marina, Russell car ferry, General store, cycleway and numerous walking tracks including the Opua to Paihia coastal walk.

Our family have been visiting The Bay of Islands for over forty years and have called Opua home for the last eight years. We love the location, the weather, the friendly locals and the relaxed lifestyle. Walking the great outdoors and spending time on the water - sailing, fishing, kayaking and swimming make for a great lifestyle or breakaway.
Our love of cooking and food in general is inspired by the amazing range of local produce, from oysters and wine to the abundance of fruits, vegetables, honey and olive oils.
