Superior Haven is bright and welcoming from the moment you arrive! The perfect home for families seeking convenience and upscale amenities, every member of your party will find something to love here.

Living Spaces
Enter the front door to gleaming hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. It just keeps getting better from there! The living room is open and spacious, with an airy feel. The furnishings and decor offer a soothing appeal, in coordinating shades of blue. Cool evenings call for a roaring fire in the fireplace while the family is gathered around the HDTV, enjoying the latest episode of a favorite show. Downstairs is a large game room with cozy carpeting, and a nice plump sectional sofa centered around a large HDTV. Additionally, the family gamers will be thrilled with the leather gaming chair and smaller TV just for them. A foosball game is sure to be well-loved - be sure to play nice!

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
Who likes to cook? The answer is, you all will once you see this kitchen! With stately oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and dramatic solid-surface countertops, everyone will want their turn in here. The large center island, with seating for 3, is perfect for both additional food prep space and morning coffee. The adjacent dining table for 6 sits directly in front of a large window, offering plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the neighborhood. Here's the perfect spot to critique each chef's offerings, have some laughs, and create everlasting family memories.

Bed & Bath
With the ultimate game room downstairs, we decided that there's nowhere else the kids will want to be, so we've added two sets of twin-over-twin bunks in an alcove, along with a bathroom with a tub/shower. The first of two laundry rooms are also down there, so they may well only emerge for food. On the middle level is a primary suite, perfect for those family members who have mobility issues. This comfortable suite offers a queen-size bed, with TV, dual nightstands and whimsical lamps. The ensuite bath pampers you, with a large jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanities. Make sure to plan an escape (or three!) here for a soothing bath.

Outdoor Spaces
The privacy-fenced yard is a nice bonus! With a gas grill and covered table for 6, be sure to enjoy an alfresco barbecue...or two!

Great vacation home!

Location was perfect just a few blocks from downtown and a couple blocks from shore of Lake Michigan. House was as advertised. Very clean and nicely furnished!

Perfect house for our group

10 adults used this house for the weekend for the winter festival in town. It was a great home and close enough to walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Family South Haven Vacation

Fantastic location! Could walk everywhere. Short walk to beautiful sandy beach, and wonderful park. Great to have enough space for all the different age groups and a great fenced in yard to chat about our day.

A Week in South Haven

Accommodations worked well for our group. Kids liked the bunks in the basement. Kitchen provided all necessary for cooking. Location was great - close to beach and town. Plenty of beach equipment available to make beach time fun. We had a very enjoyable week.

Family Weekend Getaway

Kids loved playing video games. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Workable kitchen. Easy access to kids corner, Beach and van Buren park. Wish there had been a hose hooked up outside for sand clean off. Saw the hose as we were leaving in garage.

Lovely space for family vacation

We stayed a week and absolutely loved this house! The location was perfect for us (6 adults, three young kids). We were blocks from South Beach and the splash pad, blocks from Kids Corner playground, and blocks from the main strip. We had more than enough space for everyone. The bunk beds downstairs were a huge hit! The house was well stocked with beach things (chairs, a wagon, balls, shovels, sun coverings). Honestly a lovely experience and we would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent location and amenities

The Superior Haven property is amazing!! Our group ranged in age from 1 year to 83 years old. The location is superb with easy and close access to South Beach, Kids Corner playground, and downtown. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for a large group like ours. The multiple outdoor seating areas and grill are a nice bonus. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only addition I would make is to elaborate on all the amenities in the listing. There were tons of beach chairs, toys, umbrella. A wagon, small cooler and pack n play that I did not see listed and could have saved packing a few things :)

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!

We have been coming to South Haven for many years and without a doubt, this was the nicest home we have ever rented. A ten star star rating would not have done it justice. Plenty of everything for our family of 15 and so, so many extras. It was so well stocked, we could have have left half of what we packed at home. The beach, the playground, and town were all very short walks, making the location absolutely perfect for all.

Amazing home. Super cute and big enough for my whole group! Not far from south beach or down town. Have everything you need. Owners were always a call away and helped out with everything. We will be back! This home is also good for multi families especially with the two bunk beds in the basement.
