Host answered all our questions quickly. House was clean and big enough for 8 people comfortably. I would recommend renting golf carts to get around the island.

Nice home with just the right balance of distance to the beach, access to the water by boat and walking distance to some local shops and food/coffee options. The home itself was very clear, nicely kept and decorated, and a good layout/size for our multi-generational vacation. Loved the artificial turf out back with the games to play - was nice not getting our feet dirty. The pool was pleasant and the spa blazing hot - a pool technician visited twice during the week that we were there to treat/maintain the water and it remained clean and clear for our stay. The canals are tidal, so if you bring your boat you'll want to consider the tides and have your own fenders for extra protection. On a really low tide day we had about a foot of free clearance beneath our hull at the dock, but we pushed out toward the center of the canal before starting the engines (jet boat) and there we had a full 3-4 feet or more all the way out to Tampa Bay. Would stay here again. It was a great value and the rental agency made it super easy to arrive/check-in and check-out, plus they answer my questions quickly.

This place is in a great location! It’s not only close to the beach but also has shops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay here. The dock was a bonus because my son was able to fish there. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. We would definitely rent again.

Great family vacation!

We had four generations staying at the Lazy Lagoon and everyone loved it! The location was great - short walk to the beach and walking distance from a few restaurants. The house was just as described and pictured and felt like home immediately. We could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely consider staying at the Lazy Lagoon again!

AMI get away

Property was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach with a great outdoor space to relax when not at the beach. The only call we had to make to the property manager was addressed very timely. It was a perfect size and layout for our family of five. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our "girl's trip." We had kayaks delivered and loved being on a canal. We saw manatees in the bay. One evening, we walked to the beach for sunset. Linens were nice. Beds were comfortable. Figuring out the back door alarms was tricky, but we heard neighbor's alarms going off, too. We loved the hot tub, but the pool was too cold (my only complaint). Staff at the office were friendly and helpful.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here with our 3 kids. Everything is well thought out and extremely tidy. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to Pine Street and the AMI Community Rec Center. The pool provided hours of fun and relaxation for our family. Hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Simply the best!

This year was our third year back at Anna Maria and we couldn’t have been happier with this house! The pictures of the property are accurate but don’t do it justice. The home is very spacious, clean, up to date and relaxing. We’ll look to rent this property again for sure!
