The place was very comfortable and enjoyable with the pool, boat dock, ping pong and golf for the kids. Having everything for the beach and grilling and cooking made it even better. The location is perfect because we could go to the beach or shops or restaurants in just a few minutes! It is a beautiful house and in a perfect location, quiet and relaxing.

Great for families! Location in walking distance to shops, restaurants & the gulf side of the beach. Excellent for boating & fishing with private dock. We also enjoyed the pool, putting green, ping pong table & grilling hut!

We took our entire family to Anna Maria to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Sirenia Beach House was amazing. There’s plenty of indoor space (kitchen and family room) for meals, a lanai for gathering, and a beautiful outdoor space with a pool, spa pool, large dining table and outdoor couches. Beautiful setting, beautiful home, beautiful island.

This house was near perfect. Great location with plenty to do from putting competitions to ping pong and corn hole as well as plenty of fishing off the dock. Big living area and kitchen for cooking. The screened in living area was perfect for your morning coffee.Nancy was awesome and communicated everything perfectly. We will be back for sure. Also, checkout AMI Tours for a kayaking tour with Bill!

Luxurious waterfront retreat!

Fantastic

We loved the house , the backyard and pool area are stunning and the house is well set out and has everything one might need. We felt immediately at home. The surrounding area is fantastic and the beaches just stunning.

The house was perfect and met all of our needs for our large family. Exceptionally clean! The house was located close to shopping, restaurants, beach access. Right on the canal, so we could pop the kayak in! The pool was used everday! Nancy was very responsive to any question I had. Would highly recommend this lovely property.

Our stay was wonderful. Nancy was helpful and always responded promptly. House was in a great location, and it had been updated recently. This is our 6th year on Anna Maria. Our favorite vacation site.

Awesome spot to vacation on Anna Maria.

This was an amazing house to stay at. The home is so comfortable and the outside space is so accommodating for the kids as well as the adults. We like to fish and boat as well so finding a home with a dock was a huge plus. The dock was very accommodating for our 24 ft bay boat and just a short run to the skyway bridge. Overall the entire family was very pleased with the stay and look forward to returning in the future.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Anna Maria Island this home is for you! It has everything! It is located on a canal with a peaceful atmosphere! This home is decorated to make you feel at home and at the beach! Great place to bring your family! LOVE IT!

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sirenia Beach House. It was perfect for our family of 9. Home was very comfortable and well equipped. We ejoyed both the pool and the lovely beaches close by. Convient walking distance to restaurants as advertized. Owners were very helpful and prompt with all communication. We hope to come back again soon! Beautiful home!

Perfect in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The backyard was dreamy. We loved the master shower. Perfect location.
