Amazing Mount Central Location - Ngarata Avenue

2/5 Ngarata Avenue Mount Maunganui - our beach side unit is now available for summer rental. Ideal for families and mature adults. 2 full size bedrooms (plus a third room with an extra bed that doubles as the utility room) 1 bathroom. Sunny relaxing lounge area and outdoor BBQ space.

Ngarata Avenue Mount Maunganui is so close to all the main street action, only a 2 minute walk to the surf beach and 5 minutes to Pilot Bay.

This is a tidy unit that families can enjoy - one off street park for a small car. Park up your car and walk or bike for the rest of your holiday.

An 8 ft soft top foam long board with lead rope is available at the house for guests to use.

Please Note: Linen is not provided as standard. Once you book you can request Linen to be provided. The additional cost for this is $25 per stay.

Also Note: We do not allow parties at the house as we have close neighbours. We do live in the vicinity so we monitor this. Respectful gatherings are fine.

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved the laid back comfy bach perfect for a beach getaway with the family. We could have stayed much longer! We were sad to leave.

Walking Distance to the Mount, the Sea and the Main Street.

Middle of 3 units tucked away one street from the shoreline of the Mount. A family friendly getaway ideal for those who like to be able to walk to nearby places. Enjoyed climbing the Mount, and doing the walks, visited several rock pools, swam in the sea, and did some shops. A relaxing and enjoyable time away.

Handy location.

Our trip was to attend brother-in-law's 80th birthday celebration. The location of the property was within walking distance to the venue which was handy. The beds were comfy and kitchen and bathroom well appointed.

Central Location

Well equipped, centrally located and easy access to the beach. Great communication from the property manager. Stayed there for attaneding Oceans21 Surf Lifesaving Event and found access to the beach, and to town centre easy from this location to be able to restock, take part and then return easily to recharge and rest.

Plenty of potential

Property is suitable for either one couple and 2/3 children or 2 couples. Nice updated kitchen, but very compact - everything functional. Newly listed. For the amount of money we paid, even with a 20 per cent discount, we felt it was a little expensive, and may have been more acceptable if the beds had been made up and towels were supplied. Most travellers especially those flying in do not like to carry bed linen/towels with them.

Why they chose this property

The best thing about this property is the location - so close to the beach and shops and an easy walk to Pilot Bay. We love parking the car and walking.
