The property was impeccable. Kitchen and laundry well equipped. Bathroom newly refurbished. Beds comfortable. Large balcony was a bonus.

Key Collect Difficulties

We loved the apartment and location and would visit again. However we did not receive a text with the lock box code for Sunday entry. OK, something went wrong, I accept that. But when we phoned the emergency number we could only leave a message. There was no call back until the next morning. This could have been hugely inconvenient and involved extra expense. As it happened, a stranger helped us out, so we were ok. We never did receive an apology from the property manager.
