Very relaxing. Located in a quiet bayside area between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. Short drive to shops, and plenty of walking and cycling options. The apartment offers great views of Little Beach and across bay to Hawks Nest (north) and Soldiers point (west). The apartment is spacious, with a great floor plan and is generally well appointed - although some kitchen utensils were lacking. (We went Op-shopping for cheese grater and a juice squeezer and left them there. Also, most pots and pans didn't have lids - a common problem with rental properties).

Enjoyable beachside

Very good lovely view. Some of the lights inside appear to have blown, so recommend check & replace. Otherwise great stay.

Furnishings - big disappointment

Fantastic location/ocean views. However, double bed mattresses big disappointment as were the lounge/one arm chair in living room...no info re electricals.....and for the very expensive price NO LINEN... IS A VERY BIG NO NO....carpet mats in living room... filthy... and dining chairs cheap plastic... not in keeping with rental. Requires spraying as we saw large coachroaches !!!!! Lack of air cond - only one in large unit... and no excuses....Blankets needed washing !!!!! AGAIN, ALL IN ALL VERY BIG DISAPOINTMENT. TWO VISITS IN ONE....

Hi, I feel that McGrath Port Stephens went above and beyond with countless trips to the property to assist you in the user errors outlining the user manuals for each appliance, even engaging a tradesman to attend and confirm the problem was user error. The property is not advertised to have linen. We even took the time to call you and confirm you were bringing your own linen, weeks prior to your arrival. The air conditioning is outlined on the listing, which rooms have air conditioning, and which do not, we spoke about this on one of the several visits. It is strange that you never mentioned the rugs, mattress or cockroaches to us when we attended the property on the several occasions. The dining room chairs seem to be a personal opinion on interior design, however, thank you for the feedback.

Beautiful apartment

Spacious, light, clean, well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds and lounges. Secure parking with internal access from garage. Nice pool . Extensive views across Nelson Bay with spectacular sunsets.😃 two toilet rolls for 6 people for 3days 😏
