Perfectly situated just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and water views. Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, making it perfect for families traveling together.

Enjoy both ocean and bay views from this well-appointed unit, designed for relaxing beach vacations. The open living space is bright and inviting, featuring brand-new family room furniture for 2026, including two full-size sofas—perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. Step outside to a large private balcony complete with an outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Stay entertained with 5 TVs equipped with streaming services and 3 DVD players throughout the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances (2026), making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Each of the four bedrooms provides a cozy retreat, now enhanced with new carpeting throughout (2026).

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Excellent place, much better than described, very easy to work with property manager. Only drawback was a 3am fire alarm pull that evacuated the building after a long day in the beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fact that we could see the bay if we looked left and the ocean if we looked right was an extra bonus. We loved all the dishes, glasses and bowls for 16. With 8 people, we only had to run the dishwasher once a day.

Great place to rent and location is convenient to everything you will need

As a whole, we had a great time. We lost the use of the master shower due to a plumbing leak. It was very disappointing but we realize things happen. The property owner and management company compensated us for our loss which was very appreciated.
