This 5th-floor unit at The Quay offers easy access to the beach and all the amenities The Quay has to offer, including indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, tennis courts, and an on-site convenience store. The unit itself boasts an updated kitchen with full-sized appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, a new A/C unit, and updated furnishings. There is a balcony with an ocean view, and each bedroom is equipped with TVs and DVD players, including a new 42" TV in the living room. A must-see! The building charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival, and parking is available for 1 car.

Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Amazing stay

The property is spacious enough for our group of 4, and clean and well maintained. Everything worked as expected with no issues. The location is perfect with the beach a short walk from the building and plenty of restaurants and activities close by.

Bed bug found.

Our stay was very short. We came in the room checked for bed bugs and found one on the mattress in one of the bedrooms. The company found us a new condo to rent and refunded us immediately because we had to switch companies.

Nice location for a weekend away

Overall, this condo fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for a music festival and didn’t spend a lot of time there. Location is good. Right on the beach with and indoor and outdoor pool. There’s an arcade and library in the building as well. Decent views of the ocean from the balcony. Condo was comfortable, but pretty dated. I don’t need anything fancy. It was clean and comfortable, but if you’re looking for updates, it’s not that. Overall, I would recommend.

Great condo

It was very easy to check in to this property as well as get parking figured out at The Quay. We were easily able to get parking passes for two cars, which is something we have had trouble with in the past at other properties. The condo was even more spacious than I expected from looking at the pictures online and we were all comfortable in our rooms. The condo was very clean as well as the building in general. The building had many convenient amenities such as it's store where we were able to buy a delicious lunch and the two pools were nice when the weather wasn't the best for the beach. We plan to come back to this property again.

I would stay again but…..

The place was spacious and clean but they have to update the TVs in the bedrooms. They have tube TVs that did not work
