Surfside 84 #28 is a direct ocean front condo on 84th street, conveniently located in midtown Ocean City. It is an end unit on the 7th floor with water views from each window (the side living room and 2nd bedroom windows have a view of the bay, and the living room and master bedroom windows are ocean front views). This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, icemaker, classic drip-style coffee maker as well as Keurig coffee/latte maker, Crock Pot slow cooker, blender, and garbage disposal. Each bedroom has a LED flat-screen smart TV. The living room has a flat screen TV with sound bar. Also included are 3 Blue-Ray DVD players, XFINITY cable (DVR included in living room), and free Wi-Fi. All new bedroom mattresses for 2021, including a queen Stearns and Foster mattress in master bedroom, and full-size and twin-size Serta mattresses in second bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The building has a direct ocean front outdoor pool, coin operated laundry facility, and elevator. There is a limit of 7 people and parking for 1 car is included with your rental. Sorry, PETS are not allowed. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the unit nor on the balcony. Please note, smoking is not permitted on the Surfside 84 property public areas. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Nice place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was nice. We loved the balcony views/seating and the shared pool. Beach location was awesome. Would stay in this unit again. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Linens were not left as they were supposed to be but did come after we called that night. The towels were soft and sheets/bedding were comfortable. Overall we loved the stay!

A week with two little ones

..crawling around the carpet which had barely been vacuumed - hairs everywhere. In the shower too. Fridge/freezer was cleaned with some kind of harsh chemical that you probably do not want around food. Even the ice smelled of it. A/c ran often and was very loud. Otherwise, it’s a nice condo with a great view of the ocean. Despite being on the 7th fl we never had to wait long for the elevator which was right across from the unit. Might have been the fact the bldg was less than full at the time. It was a decent rate so would stay again, but they need a new vacuum, or run it longer.
