Everything was kind of cheap and broken. The couches didn't work to have pop out for your legs. All of the towels in the house smelled like mildew. The bathroom sink in the master was missing plunger and smelled like vomit. There was no remote for the DVD player, the internet was incredibly slow. I would not stay here again.
Highly recommend! The location was perfect for us. We had plenty of parking and were able to drive the ATVs straight to the trails. The house was clean and comfortable. There may be a few things that need a little maintenance, but very minor, such as the refrigerator light being out, loose rack in the dishwasher but that did not affect our stay. We enjoyed the pickleball court and the hot tub which they already had hot and ready for us at arrival, which was an unexpected treat! Comfortable beds, plenty of space. I would definitely return!
The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Great location. Weather was cold and wet, but the home was cozy comfortable. The gkids loved the bunk beds!
Comfortable home, the hot tub was awesome as was the pickle ball court. Loved that we could park the trailer basically right next to the house on the main road. Worked great as a base of operations during UTV Takeover and our southern Utah adventures.

Great getaway!
The layout of the house was perfect along with the backyard amenities. We rented this house specifically for the pickleball court, which was amazing! The only bummer is that the width of the court isn't regulation size. We still had a blast and would absolutely go back nonetheless!
Great location. Road Sand Hollow, Rattlesnake gulch to Torquerville Falls, did a day ride to the Grand Canyon. Four days of amazing fun. Each day was capped off with an excellent house offering a great location. The hot tub was a necessity after a day of riding. The younger guys enjoyed the pickleball court. Unfortunately we did have to have the neighbors throw a nall or two over the fence! Very nice house. Great location.
We traveled to Hurricane area for a mountain biking trip. This was a great location because we went to the St. George area twice and the Hurricane area twice. It was great to be able to park our vehicles and put our bikes in the garage at night. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day which was awesome.
Our party had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful home, not very clean
Upon arrival, the area was nice and quiet and the house looked nice.
With a little more vision, there has not been a deep clean in the house in what seemed like a long time. Pots and pans had old food caked on, trash can in kitchen was absolutely disgusting, fridge had not been wiped down and had old food and spills in it. The pantry was pretty dirty and so were most of the cupboards. It was surface level clean (vacuumed, bathrooms etc) but I definitely did not feel comfortable without slippers on, washing all of our kitchen things prior to use, not utilizing the pantry for our food and leaving our food in bags in fridge. The hot tub was low on water when we got there and a hot tub tech came over to refill and add chemicals. Other than the lack of cleanliness, it was a good central location about 40 minutes from Zion in a good and quiet neighborhood!
Loved our stay at Dixie Springs! Quiet community and lots of activities for all ages! We will definitely be back!

Good experience overall
We brought our children to St. George for spring break. The property was in great shape and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed the hot tub and pickleball court. We like golfing so it was nice to have Sand Hollow and Copper Rock so close. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
This house was a great place for our family and great location. The major down fall was cleaning. Many bathroom towels were put away damp so we had to rewash them. The shower also had hair in the drain and in the floor (yuck). The refrigerator was not clean. Better locks for patio door and garage door would be nice. But all in all it was very nice and comfortable. Nice to park in a garage too!

Nice
Communication and follow through with the property manager wasn't great. Although we understand that they can't "guarantee the condition of the home" it's the job of the property manager to know the condition of the advertised amenities. We feel as if there should be a credit to us for the inoperable hot tub. Just a few things regarding the home since i don't have anywhere to share it...master bathroom sink on right side is slow to drain, and there is a light out in the bathroom. Also in bathroom near guest rooms the bathtub wasn't draining properly.
