This brand new built and furnished home was completed in 2020 and has a host of luxury features and offers 290sqm of space across 4 large bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and walk in robes), 3.5 bathrooms (fully tiled and heated floors) and an open plan kitchen and living area that extends onto 40 sqm meters of deck in the front and rear with a BBQ. The home is positioned in the Queenstown Hill area that provides quicker access to the ski fields but only minutes drive from Queenstown centre.

The home has a Chef's kitchen and pantry fitted with integrated Bosh ovens, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer with cold water dispenser and everything you need to create a gourmet feast. A gas fire in the living area creates a warm ambience on chilly winter evenings as well as reverse cycle air conditioning.
