Location - The home is positioned in the Queenstown Hill area that provides quick access to the ski fields but only minutes drive from Queenstown center.



1km from Queenstown Mall – 5 min drive or 20 min walk or 15 min bus trip

7km from Queenstown Airport – 15 min drive

40 min drive to The Remarkable Ski Field

25 min drive to Coronet Peak Ski Field



Lake & Mountain Views – Make a coffee or pour a glass of wine and sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu, the sounding mountain ranges and town center.



Luxury - The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious spa bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Take advantage of the self-contained kitchen, spacious open plan living and laundry facilities. Enjoy the modern and stylish interior and relax in the comfortable lounges with the ambient gas fireplace.



Layout - The house is a double story building. As you enter, the garage and laundry facilities are to your left. Walk through to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that spills out to an outdoor seating area to take in the expansive views. There is a dedicated workspace and powder room on this level.



Walk downstairs to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional TV/hang out area.

Stunning home with spectacular views. Suited our family perfectly. Close enough to the city to walk, with a steep climb back up but manageable. Everything we needed was provided. Very happy with our accommodation.

Fantastic House

Brilliant house, the photos don't do it justice. Really good family area to cook, eat and hang out by the big gas fire and the stunning view over the town and to the mountains. Bedrooms are great size and bathrooms plenty of hot water. quiet area with good parking and only a $10 uber into town to avoid the hill (the provided the views). Hosts are really good - when the fire ran out of gas they were on it really quickly. highly recommend this place
