Golfer's Paradise: our condo lanai faces east & overlooks 5th Fairway. Golf membership is transferrable for fee. Pro shop, golf carts, practice putting greens, tennis, bocce, swimming, exercise facility are available at the brand new Clubhouse.

Amenities: Your own private garage with remote door opener includes storage for golf gear and beach necessities. Let this be your 'home away from home'! Tennis courts, Bocce, Swimming pool / Spa are steps outside your door.

2-3 month rental preferred.

Great stay in golf community

Spacious condo, refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, good lanai with view on the 5th tee, quiet area and very well kept.
