Great area, but for cost found accommodation tired and needed clean. Chairs uncomfortable and table and chairs not suitable for use ( very unstable and holes in table top surface). Beds very comfortable. Heat pump great. Dog enjoyed putdoor area. Great shower.

Sorry to hear it wasn't as great for you. The table needed replaced but we didn't have time to get a new one organized and delivered...the guest before you had dragged it across the carpet and snapped the leg supports. I wasn't aware the Ikea seating wasn't comfortable...I'm really sorry to hear this as I had no idea...i haven't had other complaints...I will add extra cushions to make it more comfy. I'm so pleased it was great for the furr baby. We are about to give it a renovation due to wear and tear...hopefully, if you stay with us again, it will be much more comfortable. We always aim to improve where we are able.
This Bach has a cheerful presentation, privacy and all amenities to ensure your holiday comforts. It is a peaceful place and having shopping facilities close by is a plus. Arrival was uncomplicated with key readily available.

Quiet and warm bach
This property is easy to locate in a quiet street, close to a lovely playground for children. I didn't feel that the listing accurately represented how 'bachy' this property was as it certainly needs some cosmetic work. We also found the cleanliness of the property to be below par.

We are sorry you felt the cleanliness could have been better.... We strive to have the place at an extremely high standard, we wish you'd have informed us of this issue during your stay so we could have addressed this immediately for you - it is in the welcome book that we cannot help with grievances after the fact. Yes, It is a Bach, the name of the place is beach Bach and it's priced accordingly. There is some minor cosmetic work to be done but the price will also increase with the works done.

Disappointed
Unfortunately, there was a damp, musty smell throughout the property.Although a microwave was supplied there were no suitable bowls/ plates that could be used to heat/ cook food. The bbq and outside area was unusable due to rust and cobwebs.

Underwhelming but pet friendly
We stayed for 9 nights and, unfortunately, didn’t enjoy our time at this property. While we appreciated that it allowed us to bring our dog, the property was only just adequate for our needs. The condition of the property did not match the expectations set by the listing. The photos were outdated and did not reflect its current state. The bach was clean, but it’s very run down. There was noticeable rot to the skirting boards in the bathroom caused by a leaky shower, which urgently needs to be replaced. And the property appeared to have a damp problem smelling very musty. The outdoor area was disappointing as well. Although the listing advertised outdoor dining, this wasn’t possible due to excessive cobwebs, a rusted and unusable BBQ, and uneven paving that posed a tripping hazard—our toddler fell on it during our stay.We didn’t contact the host during our stay because the issues weren’t things they could resolve; the property simply needs significant maintenance and updates. While the location is excellent, with the beach very close and a fantastic playground just across the road, the property no longer felt like good value for money once all the additional fees were included. This property would be better marketed as a basic bach as is where is. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.
Arrived at the batch at 4pm, had not received the access code. Manager of the property did not respond to email, text or phone calls until 4 hours later with the code!

Truly apologise for this and the stress and uncertainty it caused. We had internet issues on the day and therefore had no wifi calling and could not receive any calls or texts for several hours. We have remedied this since by adding a landline and also setup the app to automatically send these vital checkin details through.
