Kathie, thank you for staying in Aspen with us at the 700 Monarch 301. We like to walk from this location too. There is a bit of a hill but not that bad. In the digital guest guide we send out to guests prior to arrival we do mention various free ride options that are available in Aspen. These are great services to bring you to the condo if walking is a challenge. They can't take you to the top floor but can deliver you to the property for sure. There are also walking paths through the condos that are more gradual rather than straight up the street. We are always happy to provide additional local insider tips when needed.
