Absolutely great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed at Serendipity. It's a great property in a great location. There's plenty of privacy and yet easy to walk anywhere. Love it.

Overall……Excellent

We loved everything about this property!!! The location was perfect to walk to everything on Duval Street and the Wharf. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood is. No problems with loud noise or neighbors having too much fun!!! The property itself was very clean, and well decorated!!! The only negative we felt, was a request we made to turn up the heat of the pool weather. It was set on 83 degrees, which was fine for myself and our male friends, but my wife, and our female friends would not go in because it was too cold. We own rental properties in the Florida Panhandle, and the one with a pool is kept at 88 degrees in the colder months, and if guests request, we turn it up to 90. We understand that guests are spending a lot of money for the amenities, so we accommodate when we receive requests. But as I said, the place was great and I still give it five stars.

Thank you for your review Joseph, we are thrilled you enjoyed the property so much! All our properties' pool heaters are set on 89. The thermostat might have showed 83 during the cold front early in the day as it takes a little while in the morning to catch up. I'm sorry it was uncomfortable for some of the guest, those temperatures are rare around here! We hope this won't keep you from coming back next time you plan to visit paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos online do not do this house justice! This is a beautifully decorated home with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen does lack in storage space for food but otherwise it’s perfect. Our property manager Shana was amazing. If we had questions or issues (they were minor) she took care of it very quickly. It was a relaxing respite from the stresses of everyday life
