The beach view was unobstructed. During our stay in April, the upstairs bedrooms got hot at night. The AC was inadequate in those 2 bedrooms.

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view. Very clean upon arrival. Check-in & check-out were easy. Nice to have a parking spot for our rental car. We also rented bikes and were able to get around town no problem. It is very walkable to stores, sites,Restaurants, beaches and more. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon are in the unit. Dan was very easy to communicate with. The pools have BBQs which we used. Played pickleball on the tennis court. All and all a fantastic vacation for our family of 6 adults and one 8 yr old child. We will be back. It was worth thr price.

The home was absolutely perfect. My only compliant was the stairs. We had my 87 year old dad with us and he shared the twin beds with my single brother. They were located up stairs. It would not have been so bad, but they were spiral. Which I might add
