The host was super efficient and obliging. Studio was in a great location with everything you would need for a couple. Parking right at the door. Overall a great experience Thank you to our host Pepita
Our studio room was beautifully clean , perfectly appointed with everything needed in the kitchen, lovely thick towels, soap & shampoo in the bathroom, the bed was extremely comfortable, clean linen. Easy & helpful communication with our hosts at each stage. Would highly recommend this apartment

Good location, clean and tidy. Easy to open up on arrival with a key lock and text from the host with the code. Nice aspect with a verandah looking out into a garden. We would stay there again if we return to Noosa in the future.Joe C
It was perfect for our needs.. we enjoy walking so we walked into Noosa 25 mins. Could walk to shops, beach and waterways. The pool area was peaceful. Our car was parked at the back near the door to our unit. Having a washing machine was a plus.
Absolutely loved my stay at Pepita’s - the studio had all that I needed, with the added bonus of a pool and spa area. Parking easy and it’s a short walk or drive into Noosa Heads, the river, Sum Yung Guys etc. close to the road but quiet at night for the most part. Highly recommended!
Good position. Lovely pool and spa. Generally acceptable but could only access Wi Fi by standing outside reception. Hot plate often did not work at all. Bathroom badly in need of update (mould around shower door and screen door knobs kept falling off). Would not stay there again.

Please read our other reviews before considering our place.
This stay started on a negative footing mostly related to communications. These guests didn’t respond to our pre-stay information messages or texts and didn’t read or follow our very simple entry instructions, hence waking reception at midnight to enter (while reception are helpful, we clearly state to guests that we are not affiliated with them ).
Our cleanliness reviews are extremely high. The bathroom is a 90’s style blue tile but is roomy, fresh, and in good condition - and we bleach the grout for each stay because in the tropics mould can form quickly. Maintenance is done regularly on any breakages.
Wifi is usually not a problem for guests and following the theme of this stay, we were not made aware of it. It may have been a simple issue easily resolved.
The cooktop is a standard electronic induction so locks itself if not operated properly. There is a manual in the room and a quick call to my number (I live nearby if needed) could show them how to rectify the lock easily.
Great location close to all facilities. The unit was next to the pool and BBQ which was an added bonus.Very clean and on the ground floor. The unit was serviced regularly.
