If you're looking for a ground floor condo, this is it! Super cute updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Runaway Bay Condominiums in Bradenton Beach..*** Amenities in the complex are a tennis court, bocce ball, largest salt water heated pool on the island, exercise facility, canoe launch, sauna, and private fishing pier.*** Added bonuses include a nearby trolley stop, a view of the pond from your outdoor sitting area, wireless internet, extended cable, landline and private in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen and large flat screen TV in living room. The master bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bath, TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin bed, also with TV and DVD player. Sleeps up to 5.

Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open.

This unit provides beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, coolers, portable charcoal grill. Keurig and Regular drip coffee maker is included with this rental.


For February and March monthly rentals, you must rental from February 01st to February 29th or March 01st to March 31st.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included.

Anna Marie Island Trip

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed at the Unit. It is a little noisy if there are upstairs neighbors with children running around. It was a great location with restaurants in walking distance and the beach was super nice. The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. The grounds of the complex are well kept and the pool was nice. Good place for a family.

My family enjoyed the property. The only situation was that neighbor next to my unit they were up early and they were cursing profanity in the morning But only was one day

Great condo, great location. Got into the property almost 2hrs late (6pm) so that was a bit frustrating. There was an ironing board but never located an iron. And there was a sewer gas smell coming from the laundry closet that seemed to have gotten worse as the week went on.

The condo was in a great location with quick access to the beach and could easy get to wicked Cantina and the bridge street area. The actual condo was in great shape and had no real complaints. Just be mindful it's a bottom floor condo so guests can be heard above you which we didn't mind.
