The house consists of four bedrooms( 2 King Bed and 3 Queen Beds) and three bathrooms, one of them with a luxury walk-in shower and delicate custom glass door, and the other one with an amazing bathtub, a kitchen with beautiful granite touches and top-of-the-line stainless steel home appliances, dining space, living room area.

The home also has a large driveway for off-street parking space for 4 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space. Additionally, this has an incredible outdoor area covered outdoor living, as well as a fire pit, a grill, a spacious and completely private sitting area perfect for a family or friend, get together.

Fredericksburg getaway

We rented the house for my mother-in-law's birthday celebration. The house met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment as we cooked in each night of our stay. Very comfortable and the host entity - Cozi Vacations was very responsive.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. Was just as the listing presented. Super close to the main strip in town which was super convenient. Overall a great stay!

Great House

The house was very clean, nice area, and accommodated everyone. In town for a wedding and it was a perfect location to get around town and 10 min from the venue.

Great for a family

The house is great for a family. Large living area, good location, responsive host. We had a couple of challenges, but the host responded quickly to get the issues resolved. He it worked well for our family.

Fun stay w/ friends

This trip was for an annual athletic team trip with 8 of us attending. This is a great property in a quiet area. It’s spacious, good amenities, and in a good location to explore the city (minutes from Downtown). Logistics included a 4pm check-in time, 11am check-out time, and a max of 3 parking spots among some other details. Outdoor lights are to be turned off at 11pm and noise levels kept low after 10pm due to city ordinances. Nevertheless, the property is very well managed and the host and affiliates are very communicative and friendly.
